3 mistakes in one experience/NOW FOUR mistakes!  Miscommunication still persists!  :(I had an issue where I experienced three mistakes with one visit at Akron Bloom.  Callie (spelling?) a manager from Bloom called me after seeing my online reviews and personally apologized on April 10th, 1:16 p.m.  Callie invited me back to the store and wanted me to give Bloom another chance.  Callie informed me that Bloom was going to have the biggest sale on 4/13 for 25% off and that it would be a stackable discount (Bloom has stackable discounts, as I had 45% off on this visit where my bad experiences occurred).  I was immediately excited for this offer!  4/13 arrives and on a whim I decide to check the menu FIRST and triple check before driving out to Bloom to meet Callie.  The menu updates and it reads Bloom has a 25% discount and it is not STACKABLE.  I call Bloom and the employee that answered she told me that no there is no stackable discount.  I asked if she was positive as I told her Callie just called me on the 10th and told me it would be.  The employee thought for a minute and then told me that there was going to be a stackable discount but then the company changed its mind and decided not to.  I also spoke with Callie and she told me Bloom didn't want people to have 50% off on their products.  They changed the sale, which I know they can do but I was told by Callie and I had my heart set on that shopping experience as a redemption visit.  And that was it.  Another disappointing experience with Bloom after Callie convinced me to give them another chance I am on the receiving end of another awful communication between the staff at Bloom.I don't see how I can recommend Bloom at this time to other patients because of how you handled my bad experiences.  I'm disappointed in the repeated breakdown of team communication which has lead me to have another bad experience (4th) with Bloom.  Everyone was friendly, the site was clean but I hate having to write this out but I feel I should let people know that there are some major performance errors when it comes down to communication within the Bloom team.  I feel that everyone was friendly and helpful but when it came down to execution of customer service Bloom did a bad job with my experience.I hope this message is printed out and it is used as an example during the next team meeting of how to improve communications between staff and prevent issues as this one. I hope Bloom can do better in the future as I'm disappointed as I liked everything else about my visit to Bloom but this downward spiral with poor team communication that lead to my disastrous experience Bloom has a big hurdle to overcome.

They like to rob you with their prices. Smalls for 150.. are you freaking kidding me? They are trying to get every cent they can from people. It's bad enough the way prices are.

Bloom is severely understaffed, leading to long wait times for severely ill patients. There is a lot of money in this industry, so it is unacceptable for their employee wages to be apparently so low that they struggle with staffing. I arrived today less than 15 minutes after opening and there was already a line forming down the sidewalk to even get in the building. I was there almost 45 minutes for a small order. It was a terrible experience. My caregiver has repeatedly had wait times of over an hour. Even parking is extremely difficult due to there being less than ten spaces for customers. I will actively be seeking out a new dispensary.

This place is my life line.  No other dispensary in this Akron/canton area has the customer service of bloom.  They are the best at wat they do.  They greet you by name and treat you like a person seeking medicinal treatment instead of drug abuser.  Cuyahoga falls dispensary treats you like a drug addict every time you go in ... not bloom!  If you are nervous about seeking medical marijuana stop into bloom and they will ease all your troubles.  Best dispensary hands down!

The best place. The staff remember you, they make you feel like they care and they refer to you by name instead of referring to you as "user" like some of the other dispensaries I have been too (and will never go to again) Bloom is the only place I'll ever go. Sure, there is a wait and a line longer than I want majority of the time but they are my life line and doing the best they can, with what they have,  in the middle of horrible times. So I will never be mad or upset with them (the staff) because they are there to help me. And they DO and continue to help me. I'm so grateful for them. I do wish they could deliver. Only because I suffer from a major depressive disorder and getting out in public and having to be around humans when people are so mean and entitled nowadays is hard but they will ALWAYS be the greatest and only place I go. Thank you Bloom. Truly.

Cody Diamond and Lizz are by far my two favorite people there if they ever leave i may rethink where i go to. Great product great prices.

This is by far the best dispensary in the north east Ohio area. The selection of products is always updating and getting new items. I try to get Cody each time as he provides great recommendations and phenomenal client service!!! Highly recommend!!

Best medical dispensary in Northeast Ohio! I have been going to this dispensary since they opened. They ALWAYS have my products in stock. The staff consists of some of the kindest people I've ever met. Top notch dispensary and the GM is incredible!!! The bud tenders are the best around!! Ask for Matt, Cody D or Ryan. All of the people here at Bloom rock! Highly recommend!

I was a new patient and needed educated about the products, the processes and the protocols. Miranda was the young lady who kindly and patiently guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I so much appreciated the kindness and attention. I am now aware about what I must do the next time I purchase product. This place offers a comfortable and friendly experience!
