Love this dispensary. They are always so sweet and helpful. Lamar always helps me & is so kind! I highly recommend this dispensary, i never have to wait & it's always so clean!
It was 9am and the front door was locked? Receptionist was very courteous and professional. The store advertised "strains" on the internet that were not in stock! I was disappointed. Clerk was courteous and aware that the "strains" being advertised was not in stock. I made a purchase and the cost of doing business here will be expensive. It will not be my first choice in the future. The product purchased was okay!This review is a day after submitting my first review. Today on the store website they are advertising the availability of the "strain" they told me several days ago they just sold out! Today advertisement said the website was updated just 5 minutes ago. I said to myself the store just got a supply in inventory just before the weekend. I went to the store and was advised politely the store just ran out of inventory! I explained to her what my experience had been that week. The store is definitely aware of the misinformation on their website. Very disappointing! I will drive by this dispensary in the future to the other dispensary in Gilbert. !
Went there first time and the new patient deals are low tier only so no point in that...then I asked for qty: 2 on my entire order except one product. Caught the guy once grabbing 1 pack of flower told him I asked for 2. Then asked for 2 grams of drip he gave me 1 and I didn't notice till I got home. Veterans discount wasn't applied to the prepackaged flower. Territory will remain my dispensary of choice. The experience was poor.
I have since gone back to give these guys another try ! Although I don't agree with some of their policies the budteneders are typically well informed and helpful . I will go here when I don't feel like driving to my normal dispensary!
I've never left a Yelp review in my life so let that say something... This place is awful. Had to wait in a line of cars for a parking spot, all the bud they had on display was out of stock (a common problem for them from what I've read) and they won't show you the bud besides what's in the display case, so you pretty much have no idea what you're paying for until you get home and open the bag, and the bud isn't that great. IF A DISPO WONT SHOW YOU THE WEED AND THEY SELL IT TO YOU IN A BLACK BAG, ITS BECAUSE THE WEED IS GARBAGE!!!!! you can get a $50 8th literally anywhere else in the valley and it's gonna be better than this stuff, only went here because I was stuck in chandler. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
By far the worst Harvest in the valley. Constantly out of stock on items. 3rd time in 3 weeks I've come here and they're out of the items that I want. I understand demand is high but this is absurd. Never coming back to this location. So disappointing. Ok. I'm off my soap box.
If I could give 0 I would. I visited for the first time today. The guy who helped me was awful. No conversation just what do you want. I'm still kind of new to this and most places are really helpful.
They sooooo slowwwww, omg is frustrating. Also they don't have very good weed. I've had the same strains in different dispensaries and they were wayyyyyy better.
Not sure what everyone is complaining about. My purchase was competitively priced. The budtender was very helpful. Maybe because I am an old guy...The two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Very close to home will probably be my go to place.
Total wait of my time I drove 35+ min from Maricopa to this shit because I call ahead and spoke with the guy who answered the phone and I asked is they do the BOGO for the first time patient deal and he said yes they do I said I hope so because I'm driving from Maricopa to get it get all the way there speak with the guy at the front desk and told him sorry he's not here cuz it's a great deal for an ounce and he said oh most definitely is I go inside to my budtender and I tell her what I wanted and she says that they can't do that nothing over an eighth so I walked out completely wasted all my time for nothing this place is trash
I had a great experience at Harvest! I felt welcomed and the friendly staff was educated on the kinds of medicine. thank you!!
I've been a pretty good customer of Harvest of Tempe and Chandler for about 4 years, spending easily over $1,000 annually. But apparently that doesn't count for anything because I purchased a EVOLAB vapor pen battery from them about 6 weeks ago from their new store in Gilbert but had a problem with the button sticking and discharging the battery and caused the vapor to combust while I was inhaling. It was wicked and I coughed my guts out for the whole evening. So I tried to return it to the store but, believe it or not, they wouldn't exchange it, refund the money or even offer a store credit. They didn't offer a solution other than to sell me an new one. It is their store policy not to return it after 14 days, but the problem took longer than that to show up. The manager is a very nice young man and he tried to explain the company's policy, but in my opinion, it's a stupid policy. Trust me, $10-$15 means very little to me these days, but just as a courtesy you would think they would offer to replace it being that it was an obvious product defect. It's unfortunate, because their new store is very close to me. However, I pass 4 or 5 dispensaries on the way to their store and I'm sure I'll like my next dispensary just as well as Harvest.
Horrible customer service. Really a joke when ppl get skipped in line cause of the size of their tits. They also trick you into having to come back cause they don't tell you the truth about many specials. Never ever have any discounts. Wonder why ppl even go to harvest anymore. Super horrible customer service
I just got my medical marijuana card and was very excited to go to this dispensary. Unfortunately, everything was wrong except the nice girl in the front sweating because the air conditioner has been broken for a month!!! I know they have the money to replace that, they obviously do not care about their employees. Lastly, after making my order in that hot place the guy says they don't take cards, only cash. As he apologized to me because they have no signage that says cash only. Not that they care about my little change, but, I will never enter that establishment or give them a penny. The white guy bald head manager is also very rude.
This is for the owners of this establishment, here is a concept about business INVENTORY. You have a lot on your web site but nothing in the store. Now why would you make a customer drive al the way there only to find nothing to buy? The one in Chandler looks empty most of the times which is sad for a business but please if you are going to advertise inventory at least have it do not waste the time of the customer I walk out with nothing so not happy about wasting my time. Really bad business. People should really be cautious about going there you will waste your time.
GARBAGE. Here's why: I just pulled up at 9:45pm driving 25 mins to get there because all other dispos around me were closed. The dispo texted me saying my order was ready for pick up at 9:15pm, so I left to get it. The security guard was turning everyone away and when I pulled up he asked if I had already paid for the order, I said no but I have cash. After he discussed with someone over the radio, he turned me away saying "the order was put back onto the shelf" and that I needed to be there before 9pm for online pickup. Why in the f**k would you tell me the pick up order is ready at 9:15 just to turn me away????? NOWHERE on the website said I needed to be there before 9 for pickup orders! If you close at 10, you should still be serving customers until then. Y'all lost out on a new customer, I'll let others know not to shop here either. Security guard seemed like he was on a power trip too.
Been here twice. Both good experiences. Def will be back often. Online ordering was fast and easy. Thanks guys
This place has terrible recommendations. Their product has been I very weak. Their customer service is pretty terrible once you get in the door. Flower, carts and wax were all a disappointment and expensive.
Need I say anything about this place, great helpful staff. Easy first time check in, explaining their products etc. Would recommend to anyone...
Came from Chicago to Arizona, first dispo out here, best reviews so I took a shot at it. Very small, but very professional, and easy. Great prices as wel! Overall experience 9/10! Only drawback was that there isn't very much visual marijuana on boards, or paper with description, besides that best dispo I've been to in general outside of Cali so far! Thank you!
I went to Harvest HOC in Chandler for some Flourish honey & was impressed with the amazing service I received! The whole experience was positive; from the kind women @ the front desk to my amazing bud-tender, Rocky! You could tell the employees at this location really go the extra mile for their patients! Rocky was super friendly and informative, he took the time to make sure I was truly satisfied w my purchase. I walked out w a big smile, and will be back/will recommend this location to my friends! Thank you for all that you do!
Love this location so much! All of the budtenders are super helpful and knowledgeable. Hardly any lines and when it is busy you never wait more than five minutes. Thank you to all of the staff here that make this process painless and pleasant!
Great dispensary. The employees at the front desk and over the phone have always been kind, every budtender I've worked with has been very product knowledgeable and helpful. They have all ranges of items if you're newer to the marijuana world or want the highest testing percentage - they've got it. If you suffer from chronic pain I'd recommend the ILava Touch lotion ( it helps calm my nerves) or one of the date brownies!!
The slowest working employees I have ever encountered in my life. Waited 30 minutes, only 3 people in front of me only to walk out from being tired of waiting. 8 a.m shift on Wednesday 9/1 needs to be restaffed ASAP.Literally a team of sloths. 0 motivation to work, 0 drive, 0 urgency to get to anyone in a timely manner.Multiple people walked out today while in line due to how slow all 3 employees were working.
Been coming here regularly, and normally if the items you ordered online is not in stock, the bud tender will explain to you the item is out of stock and offer a substitution. Although, on our last visit, we had two separate orders over $150, and when we got home we were shocked to find that 90% of both orders was substituted out for different kinds of concentrate and different strains that we wouldn't have ordered. It was extremely shady of the employee to not mention that we weren't getting what we ordered. Then there's the Arizona health department issuing a voluntary recall for several strains of harvest flower, because of salmonella and mold. How does salmonella even get transferred to marijuana? Needless to say, I'm looking for a different dispensary.

Just a heads up. The filter for the Indica strain is false. 90 percent of all their "pure indica" are hybrids. I found only one strain that is 100% indica. Please do your research before buying. The service is friendly but even the workers have no idea the pure indica are not 100%.
I have tried to order from here 4 times. They had expired product on one order, they didn't have a pre-ordered product when I got there for another order, and today their website is giving me an error that won't allow me to place an order. When I called today, and with each of the other 2 issues, their attitude is 'don't know what to you.' And they really don't care. They KNOW the difference between someone who uses this for medical reasons and someone who wants to play with it - you have to choose before you can order - but they DO NOT ACTUALLY care if you use it as a medicine. The staff are not helpful and the products are unreliable.
The employees are always so helpful and nice.Today I had the pleasure of having Sierra help me. She was so helpful and made great conversation! She is definitely killing it in customer service and knowledge of the products! She was able to help me find the perfect fit for what I was looking for!
I like Harvest as a company. Butt Harvest hoc Chandler has the worst customer service. The girls in the front that check you in belittle you and talk to you like you're a child.Anyone that's been to harvest in Chandler already knows that the parking lot is very small. So I'm sitting in line in my car behind another vehicle and I was waiting there for literally like 5 minutes. Three vehicles left the parking lot. So after the third vehicle but I assume that the car in front of me was waiting for someone to come out of the dispensary. So I went around them park my car went inside. Come to find out it was an employee and instead of the same something to me about going around him he immediately went to the girls at the front that check you in and say put in this file that he cuts in line I never tried to cut in front of him but he never took the time to figure that out he just want to try to belittle me and punish me they were very disrespectful and I will never go back to that location again it's sad that a small misunderstanding turn into a a bigger deal because they don't know how to display good customer service.
Parking lot is bad enough for me to try to avoid this place at all costs. Traffic backs up onto Williams field. What a complete disaster.
STAY AWAY !!!!Harvest will send an email advertising a special...when you get to the dispensary they won't honor what they advertise!!!!BEWARE.... Caveat Emptor...Save yourself time and aggravation and find a honorable dispensary that does not play bait and switch and sends out bogus email specials that they then do not honor
I've been a patient here for a long time. And will continue to be one. The parking has its days, but that's only with the addition of rec. I know they have plans to separate the two which is beyond needed. All the budtenders are wonderful. At other dispos i've felt like they talk down to you but here it's family. I've never felt disrespected or dissatisfied with the customer service. Everyone here seems genuinely happy to be here, even if they have an off day. Truly one of the most stand up dispos out there. 10/10 a forever customer.
