Made my first visit to Sanctuary this week and was pleased with the attentive, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Check in and registration was easy. They had what I was looking for and the service was excellent. Through no fault of the staff, there was a minor snafu with my order and it was corrected the next day without fuss. The only reason for four rather than five stars is they are a bit pricey relative to other outlets but not enough to deter a purchase.

After being a loyal customer for years and I've spent A LOT of money here.  I've probably bought a couple of hundred cartridges.  The people are very nice, but the cartridges are not very well measured.  I have countless pictures which I'll post later of some being filled to the top and the others looking like they're missing 1/8 of it.Lastly, I had a cartridge on its side and it fell in the couch.  It wasn't even opened and I lived in a climate controlled environment for health reasons.  It leaked and I was told "you have a lot of problems with these."No, Sanctuary has a quality control issue or every cartridge would be filled to the same level.  I'm not the only person, as friends of mine have said the same and will not go back, not at that cost.  I was hesitant to go back, but I will. I received $10 off a $110 cartridge that broke, on its own.  They store it on its side, I didn't think it'd be an issue and it was just opened but not used for more than a day and had its cover put back on the bottom..The people are so nice, but at that price, I'll go somewhere else that GLADLY takes back defective products.  I've had an issue with maybe 6-7 cartidges out of the hundreds (as last summer, I bought two almost 5 days a week, so do that math.)I will NOT BE spending that kind of money on defective products, not after how non chalant this company is about defective products.  I could see if I was some random guy but I've been loyal for over ver a year.  Not anymore.  I'll very much miss the people, but no, I should have had that replaced since it ended up.  Will upload pictures of the difference in the amount of "liquid shatter."Theres obviously quality controls issues that are being told it's the clients fault.  Not okay.....They did change the cartridges so they're a bit sleeker.I'm not sure if that had anything to do but I have the liquid shatter coming out like toothpaste now.  I never had that before, EVER

The flower is of high quality. Awesome selection! My favorite strains are alien cheese and wedding mints.

I have never been to a dispensary but I was recently given a cannabis medical card to help me find some remedies to help me with my mystery inflammatory issue after having Covid for months (don't recommend it - 1 star).  This place sits off of Route 1 and is nestled in the back of a small industrial park. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly guy at the front desk. He had me fill out some paperwork and I was so impressed with how sleek and nice the place was - didn't expect it! The employees there were super nice and knowledgeable. Great place If you need medical cannabis.

This place has by far the best amount of products, in terms of selection. There's everything one could ever dream or hoped for as a medical marijuana patient. I really do enjoy the fact that most of their products are produced in house under the name "Sanctuary Medicinals". They only make top of the line flower and content derived flower material. I would highly 🙂💭 reccoment this dispensary which is for medical marijuana patients only.

Always a good visit. Great Concentrates!! Can't get enough crumble. It's been a big difference for me personally to start using high quality concentrates. I will always love flower but I deal with an extremely high pain level on a daily basis. So I have been noticing the difference using the Crumble. Which is huge for me personally. This is a good spot💚🌱🍀✌

This location is kind of confusing to find since you have to go all the way around back of the building and there's no signs directing you. But staff was very friendly and helpful, prices are average for dispensaries, and the product was pretty good. I will be returning and would highly recommend.

Always a nice visit. Great flower and very friendly staff. They have loyalty points that add up to discounts. New customer discounts too. Convenient location right off Rte 1 South. Holy Grail and Alien Cheese are among the best I've ever had.
