Stopped in as a first time patient not long ago, and will definitely be returning! Mid and Top shelf are both great quality, but only 4 stars because the selection of bud is a little scarce.

Stop in this place all the time, the staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable In their field. They really know how to place their customers first, always seem to have A+ quality and selection vary's often.

Great price, amazing flowers! Good edibles! Awesome wax and oil! Completely love this place! Love that they offer a punch card so everytime you buy an eighth or gram you get a punch on your punch card! I would recommend this place to anyone! They are wonderful!!

Prices are good with several different options such as $30 is for the white label, $35 is yellow label & etc. location is great, unfortunately due to the virus you can't go inside, but the curbside pick up is fast, easy & simple! Plenty of different options for flower, wax, carts, pre rolls & edibles!!

I've been shopping here for so long I cant remember the name of the store when I started. But House of Dank is by far the best: not just the best shop at this location but the best in Ypsilanti! They've got great specials that change daily. The flower selection is top notch, (I've discovered two of my favorite strains here), and vast. The staff if very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I always feel like a kid in a candy store when I'm here. It's a big store chock full of goodies. Love it!!

I would give it no stars but you have to leave a star. So when this location was green vitality it was a great business they had great prices, great deals and a great staff but every since HOD took over it's been one bad experience after another. There are 3 visits that really stick in my mind okay so 1. I ordered just 1 pre roll thinking you can't mess that up WRONG! I got there and the man said they was out of the pre roll I ordered but he said " your all good because I found you a great replacement " so I'm like cool no problem I get home and look and it was .7 gram I ordered 1gram so no that's not the same and I feel I should have been told 2 I pre ordered for curbside I gave the man my money and med card and Id he was so busy talking to another customer that was obvious a personal friend but anyway he finally got my order and he basically just threw it in my car so I couldn't find my med card so I'm asking him did you give it back because I don't have it then I was basically told there's nothing they can do about my missing card I'm asking questions like how would I get another card and again we can't help you but thankfully I got home and opened my door and the card fell out but it didn't have to happen if my order was handed to me not thrown in the car. 3 I had a curbside ordered yesterday I give my money (1) 50 bill and (2)5 bill so 60.00 total and my order was like 47.00 so lady comes back to the car with my order and cards just for me to have someone else order that was 13.99 so I tell her this isn't my order then comes deer in the headlights look because I think that was the point she realized she just gave someone my 47.00 order for 13.99 but that has nothing to do wit me but who but me ends up arguing and waiting forever for them to watch the cameras to see if I really handed 60.00 after all that I was given my correct order and change. I will never go there I wouldn't care if it was a great deal. My normal place is patient station they be a little higher but the staff and The quality of products is amazing!

Extremely unprofessional, the most unprofessional place I have ever worked in my life, the turn over rate is ridiculous, people quit everyday, managers are always late and unprofessional but expect the workers to do more than them...don't work here! People are biased and seemingly racist because I noticed minorities got payed less and treated differently, they also don't even take responsibility of their jobs as mangers, they can do whatever and disrespect you, yelling at employees in front of customers..Idk how this place is still running ...don't waste time go to a different location.

Very fast and extremely friendly service. Upon informing them that I'm handicapped (amputee), the store manager (I think his name was Fadi) came out to greet me, take my info, and deliver my purchase to my car himself. The girl who answered the phone was cool too. And the product? Snoop would say "off the chizzain fa shizzle"

... Service at this location is below the line!. Particularly the staff members ..who have this really aristocrat type attitude when they talk to you. Like you're so worthless and there's so much better than you! This is an outrage you need to do something to improve your customer service experience!!!..... wouldn't need to call at all if you could easily access your list which should come directly from your website I shouldn't have to go someplace else to shop HOD and that's not on the website either to tell you that....and even then....Advertised items are not available when you arrive on the location. NO SATIVAS!... even though they are listed as in stock .....I go all the way out to Hazel Park to the Breeze and I can get everything I want every time with no problem!...HOD.... it's literally down the street from my house I could throw a rock to it!. but I'm not going anymore because it's just a complete waste of my time..... The only reason I went to the House of dank today is because the breeze had a fire and they were closed down.... and it was the usual crummy experience.. I'm just not gonna come back Whoever is in charge of marketing/ product development needs to fire everybody there!... AND redo their business model! First of all you can't lie to people and say you have stuff that you don't.... Second of all you can't miss treat people when they call on the phone to ask questions!... And third there needs to be a level of professionalism after all you guys are supposed to be a business!... I will continue to go many miles out of my way to the Breeze where know I can get what I want and I do not have to take the abuse at this crummy location. You guys should just stick to medical because you don't want the recreational visitors, obviously. And why is there even a medical designation still. That was just a game that we played to get weed legal!They have no medical designation at Breeze and all the stuff that you have on your medical side that I can't get I can buy all day at the Breeze!.... your competition is killing you!!!!

This store fell off big time since the switch to HOD the buds are all old and the wait is too long for the products your gonna get not worth the time you can find somewhere better with better prices

why do i have to give a star rating at all for lousy service?this store makes up thier own laws! my girlfriend came out from livonia wednesday 11/03/2021 and wanted to go to the dispo. since she is strictly recreational i suggested hod. we arrived apx 8pm and upon arrival we were told by the not so nice woman working the desk that we could not go in together because i was a medical patient. i questioned her about that she told me it was against the law, which is a lie. a recreational facility allows you to enter without a card they cannot dictate who goes in the store. what if my friend was already inside and you did not know we were together?  sadly this sounds like hod is too worried about the extra tax money tacked on to the recreational customer or why else would they deny customers? we both left and went down the street to nirvana and spent $400 on some really great deals and a much friendlier staff! won't be back to hod!

I'm currently waiting on a delivery and nobody is answering the phone for over an hour. This place is good quality and nice deals but the wait time and communication is frustrating. I've been waiting 2 1/2 hours currently and nobody is answering the phone for updates they put be on hold. OVERALL, this is a good service I just think they are short staffed at the moment or something

Location is really hard to find. Spent $200 and got 3 8ths of the 'pressure packs'. Theyre garbage for the price. The bud is so dry probably because theyve been sitting on the shelves for 6 months. If you're a true conneseur  like me, i would not suggest this spot.

I dunno they gave me a free joint last week and it wouldn't even burn, I opened and put it in my bowl and it still didn't burn along with some sparks...I dunno what it was but it wasn't 100% marijuana. I dunno I miss the old place. Probably just buy edibles from there and not marijuana.

Flower is ok. Carts have decent deals but be prepared to wait significantly longer than any time estimates they give. I will no longer shop here because of this significant delay issue which wouldn't even be an issue if expectations were properly set when ordering.

Placed an order online for curbside pickup.  Got a text saying it was being prepared and to wait to text that it is ready for pickup.  Closing time hit and I didn't receive a text to pick it up.  So I can't really write anymore of a review than that.

Recently placed an order with HOD Centerline and my order was delivered by ALEX. He was super professional and polite and helped me with a tiny price issue really quickly. I really hate bugging people to make calls etc and he didn't make it uncomfortable at all. Thanks Alex and HOD :)

Idk, the changes from Clinic To HOD is wack. No discounts are offered and since the change, everything I've received was trash. The medical vs rec is annoying af. I've been shorted 3.4, 3.3 a few times. Somebody please come to northern Oakland county, anybody but HOD or Cookies

They are currently letting a very limited amount of people into their shop. You can also place an order online and they will bring it out to you! Everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available.The shop is large, spotless and well lit. The bud tenders are very nice and attentive. They have a really good variety of products. Their daily deals are good and new customers get 10% off their entire order.

favorite dispo in detroit. most bud selection on 8 mile and friendly service from the guards and check in to the budtenders. they're so personal even though they're the busiest place around they don't forget regulars. can't beat it :)

I had called HOD 8 mile location asked some questions about some medication I wanted to order I was doing my monthly order so an almost $300 order and she had let me know what site to go on etc and went ahead placed my order just before 4pm. I get an automated text then saying it's being prepared and about 20 after 5pm I get a call from their manager suggesting I order from the fort st location (almost hour in a half after my order) they told me it was closer I'd be getting my delivery quicker etc. so I listened to what they had to say and said okay and then they canceled my order and guided me to fort st. I call the fort st location and they don't have the same product I need and have me call 8 mile back. So Now 6pm I ask if this order was a problem I can go somewhere else I'm in pain and their manager Chris said no we will get it to you tonight our driver lives by you and will drop it off. At almost 9pm they cancelled my order and made it seem like my fault! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

How can this place really even still be in business? They have the worst wait times, the worst customer service, and don't care about the customer at all. Be ready for your delivery to take a MINIMUM of 3 and a half hours and get serious attitude if you call and ask about status of your order. Also their thc %'s are completely made up and show different amounts for the exact same strain at different locations. Loyalty program is an absolute joke you get $30 in store credit every $1000 you spend lol don't waste your time there's plenty of other dispensaries right next door

First time and Last time customer.Bought some product there. It was damaged and when i asked to switch it out i was told no and called a lier aboutit being damaged in the bag when i got it.Talked with the manager and when i asked questuons. She said i was being mean and talk bad to her.just from asking a question. There is too many places to go . that will not take your money and give you s@#t  product and a staff that dont give a crap about you.

It was my first time there and they didn't offer anything free, not some pre-rolled, not a tray, not anything except 3.00 off my 75.00 purchase. The madarian cookie is the bomb, but the grape pie sucked.

Best prices in town and always a large selection of edibles, concentrates, flower, & extras. My go to Downriver provider. They have an ATM with a NORMAL fee, security, curbside service. Great staff. Safe.

Well if mm-hmmm is the answer you're looking for.  This is the place.  When you're wanting to drop a couple hundred $$$ and you get treated like an intruder.  Not impressed.  Looking for pain relief. Tks 4 nothing.

Medical patient here. I Went to pick up my prescription, was given an oz of flower that was clearly past it's shelf life. It turns to dust when touched, it cannot be rolled. Tastes like straw and pops when lit. Unsmokable trash is what I was sold. I won't visit again. Other local dispensaries let you preview the product and ok it. This was garbage masked in a sealed bag. Being sold to unsuspecting patients. I'd give negative stars if I could. Steer clear!!

Very poor treatment when I came in to visit the Livernois location this morning.  I had questions about a product you guys use to have and the lady decided to raise her voice at me, talk down to me and not answer my question.  You lost a customer.  Must be nice to have so many customers that you can burn through them by treating them poorly!

BEWARE: BE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATIONOwners please Answer this question.How are employees at this dispensary allowed to treat customers in such a manner? These employees are rude, lack basic customer service skills and sadly are uneducated about their own product. A first time patient and all the dispensaries that there are to choose from: Cookies, Liberty, The Flower Bowl and others- I chose this place? What a huge mistake! House of Dank has lost a patient forever and maybe many more that could have been referred all because the staff today was horrible. Another customer standing there even agreed. I highly suggest retraining in the area of customer service- especially the individuals that have leadership titles...Because without patients...you know the rest. Overall just very very disappointed in how the staff conducted themselves today. No business- dispensary or not, should allow a paying customer to be treated this way. Thank you.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered pickup, & I decided to do an order that was SUPPOSED to cost $40, but I decided to use my debit card which they say requires of a fee of $3.50. I moved the money over to my card & when I get there they are saying it costs $48, why?? He says the debit option rounds it up to the nearest $5. WHY TF WOULD IT DO THAT?!!! & then y'all don't tell anyone until they get there? I got into the ATM (which genuinely pissed me off but I did it) & then when i get in there they say I owe them $42.50. I get that it's taxes but you JUST told me to go to the ATM & get out $40, what ATM hands out $2.50?? I will NEVER go back to this place. & I'm putting this review everywhere 8 can. y'all taxing, & scamming.

Very surprised this HOD location doesn't have a lot of positive reviews and feedback. Been coming to the medical HOD location for a few years now and they have some of the best deals by far. I don't know many other locations carrying Humblebee and Backpack boys which are no question top shelf products at the moment. Service is always good and you can find whatever you're looking for at a good price. All HOD locations are great however recreational locations have long wait times due to the volume of customers at hot hours.

If you like live resin, AVOID this place at all costs. I bought 6 Element Live Resin Carts, 4 of them (dated 06/2020) were definitely not live resin. Low quality distillate at best. So I went back to the dispensary to talk to someone at the shop. It was a woman(didn't catch her name). She looked at them and told me they contained live resin. Having already tasted them I knew better and it ended with the shop manager short-changing me- giving me $100 in flower in exchange for my $140 worth or carts... She asked me to remove my social media posts, but there's no chance I will relent. Especially not after short-changing me. This is just one experience, to each his own. Just don't be surprised or say I didn't warn ya.
