I will go to this location nearly every day by pins will use three a day by the lifetime supposedly guarantee battery they sell which is a crock of shit lies there is two locations and they are not together they have the same name but do not return pins that's bought from the same store name just different locations so they are not together they're actually separate companies And one of my three $15 half gram pens was under halfway full they will not return it because they say I smoked it and I just bought it with three other ones 10 minutes ago the customer service here is very very bad the customer is not right they seriously need to be about changing their customer service policies are children basically children get over this shit fixed your Customers service policies.

Just had my first unhappy experience at a dispensary. Customer service was short and unhelpful. If you have no receipt for a return or exchange they instantly look passed you and move on to the next customer. Even when it was there shitty pen with their Logo DEFYNE. Way to represent your brand -- one that doesn't work. Let me dig that receipt out of the trash, just like the service this evening. Highly disappointed. I'll find a different dispensary on my commute home. In a matter of seconds I felt like. That's not somewhere I wanna buy

The staff was cheerful, helpful and kind. Definitely brighten my day. They didn't have what we were looking for but I would try shopping here again.

Usually very good customer service... Today was an exception. I won't be back. I don't mind spending a premium for convince, however I expect the employees to not be totally baked and somewhat friendly.

Always kind, usually have a great selection. I always get great service and I can be in and out very quickly. I read the review about the guy thinking they're racist or gang affiliation. Dude, paranoid much! These humans  are selling marijuana, that is  all they're doing. Be happy we can legally buy.

First off I'd like to say that I was a regular customer that spent a lot of money there. I went in and asked for flavored distillates. As that is my choice. The bartender recommended the Firefly extracts and told me that they tasted great. Welp 60 bucks later and 2 still full cartridges, I completely wasted my money. They are not flavored and they taste like garbage. Defyne. If you are going to put somebody in there as a bartender ask them to give advice on things that they know. If they do not know, ask them to not just spout off some random recommendation because they just like to talk. You have now lost a repeated customer, and gained a negative review.

Great people! Very helpful with questions. Amazing products.

If you like cannabis you can not go wrong here. This place is well stocked with a friendly staff.
