One of my favorite dispensaries, their service is always on point as are the budtenders. They have a points system that give you $$ off whenever you decide to use it which definitely helps. Diego helped me out this time and let me know all the deals they were having, for sure going to continue coming back here!
We were there 4/20 first time there and lastVery disappointed with service not for myselfBut for the three others that were clearly having trouble getting around 2 in wheelchair one had to be carried in then forced to stand in the long line when they had a medical line with no one in it we offered to give them our place in line and we would return to the end of the line we were ignored.. it may be cannabis but you are in a service industry do betterKim Arnold ,Bill Finn
Ordered from this place at 12 noon. Was told the delivery would be between 2-5. Received a text message that my items were being prepared at 12:31. Not another word from anyone until 5:22 stating the order is on its way. I finally received my order at 7:30!!!! The delivery driver was an idiot and needs better phone service. Not a good look to contact your customers by phone when you are ALREADY SUPER LATE and then your phone service is so crappy no one can hear what you say. Not to mention he didn't have any paperwork for signature ONLY a receipt. I DID NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK FOR THIS DELIVERY.(isn't that illegal?) Oh but he did ask to see my ID. I wonder why if he had no paperwork on him to verify who I was. Don't order from here if you don't have ALL DAY to wait.
Wow...I came in twice today for your Sunday deal. 14G FOR 35$. I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE AND WENT IN PERSON TWICE!!!! First time the lady (dark long black hair, no smile) told me to come back in an hour it wasn't ready. They just received their shipment and they had to bag it. No apology. No substitute. Just was told to come back.... I came back an hour later and still wasn't ready. PROBABLY WON'T be all day. They had no clue what was going on.... maybe by 2 maybe this evening probably tomorrow.After I get a text message for the deal, drive around for an hour waiting and return to lousy customer service, no apologies or offers. Very disappointed with this company. You charge a dollar per bag, you should be happy I spend my money here not charge me for coming in. The service is the worst here from all the dispensaries in Vegas. Rude, no help, definitely not happy. This is completely unacceptable as a company and disappointed as a customer. SHOUT OUT TO THE REEF FOR NEVER FAILING ME!!! Also I got to see some guy freak out about this special. Yelling and swearing he drove for 30 minutes here, and they tell him he should of called first but he got the same text i did. So call after we text you to double check??? Is this the new policy??? Easy to find location and it looks like they have daily deals too. Their manager Tobin even gave me a first time customer discount and was extremely knowledgable about the edibles i bought. Thank you so much!
John greeted us as 1st patients and right away we were pleased we chose this dispensary he got us checked in fast and had time to go over the specials which are AWESOME , Alberto & Jazz teamed up to provide what ultimately amounted to the BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had in a Las Vegas dispensary!! Very warm very welcoming and without a doubt Alberto provided outstanding product knowledge and precise recommendations to satisfy my needs definitely made it a 4-star visit I will undoubtedly return to shop here in the future...Jazz went the extra mile by far due to the ATM crashing she provided us with mapped directions to the nearest safe 7-11 location THANK YOU BOTH
I ordered 3 cartridges at noon to be delivered from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The driver got here at around 5:40 on 4/20 (the busiest day of the year). I was originally mad because they weren't answering any of my phone calls when I wanted to ask for updates but the product got here safe and sound, so that's all that matters.THREE 900 mg Church cartridges for $118 is also a STEAL of a discount so I'm a happy boi now.
I haven't been into a brick and mortar location but I have gotten delivery. The process was extremely easy and the guy that dropped off my products was incredibly kind, providing time updates once he was close. Only thing that I would suggest is that if a customer orders something that isn't in stock, give them a call or send a text seeing what similar product they'd like to replace it with or if they want to forego that one product entirely. It worked out for me, luckily, but I'm sure there are some people out there who might feel differently. Overall, it was a really good experience.
Yes they are overpriced, and that has to do with location; however THEY DO HAVE POINTS DISCOUNTS & DEALS. I'm not sure about the weirdo below, because a few of the staff members are white hispanic AND black. The store manager is white, assistant manager black, & the lead is I believe Hispanic.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. 1) They have the name canopy dispensary inside the store, and the sanctuary outside the store. 2) Their menu is printed on a piece of paper, taped to the countertop. 3) The menu on WM is not updated and has false advertisement.3) They have the smallest selection of products I have seen in a dispensary.(I have visited over 30 different establishments)4) They advertise specials that they don't even have available. 5) They tell you to call before arriving to make sure they have product.( I have wasted countless time and money with not calling before arriving. Nobody should have to call to make sure they have product)6)Customer service is horrible. They have made racist remarks to myself for being white, when in fact I am of Hispanic decent)7) When voicing concerns, they give excuses as to why things aren't running properly. For example " we are new and still figuring things out" " we don't have a product because we sent products to our other location" stated by a manager)8)The quality of limited products they have are the worst I've ever purchased. I got a headache from some of their products.9)After trying to get in contact with corporate with the issues I've noticed and have experienced, they disregarded me, and have not heard back after stating I would receive a response in a few days. 10) After a few visits I was told by people who work with the company, as well as prior customers about how many complaints they have had, poor management, and poor quality of products.I have never had so many issues with a business in my life and would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. There are far too many other dispensaries in town that have great products, great selection, and wonderful customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! We all need to watch our finances during this pandemic and I would hate to see anyone else go through what I have. P.S. They also have fake reviews on this app.
I'm fairly new to using marijuana based products and don't really know what I'm looking for most of the time but I had no problem finding some good stuff here thanks to the super helpful and well informed staff. The bud tender that helped me named Charlie was very patient with me and was super nice! Definitely a great place to go if you need a little help deciding what you want like I did.
good variety of pre-rolls. half-oz and oz's at a reasonable price. budtenders are cool, place is clean and quick in & out. also do delivery.
POOR CUSTOMER STORE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Placed an order at 2:30/3 waited an hour called the store and said we selected a time to get our order delivered around 5-7 when we never had the option to select a time for our order to get delivered. 2 hours later passed and we are still waiting. Choose to call again rn to them telling us they cancelled our order buz they had other orders, the driver claims he called us 3 times for just a sec each time but we never got any calls. TOLD US TO TRY AGAIN TOMORROW AFTER WAITING 5 freakin hours !!!!o
I placed my order at 3pm...I was contacted on weed maps about an item that was unavailable & needed to be subbed out, so we worked that out over chat. At 6pm I received a text saying my order was ready. Come 9:50pm I get another text saying my order was cancelled. I immediately called the dispensary and all they could say is that the were calling the wrong number and no one answered so they cancelled. At this point they were closed, and it was too late for me to order from somewhere else. I spoke with Justin, the store manager, and he couldn't do anything to compensate for the mistake made on their end. All I wanted was my order that I placed hours ago to be delivered and All he had to offer was an attitude that only made me feel more stressed and in need of my medicine. Both the driver Edgar, & the store manager, Justin, could have contacted me on weed maps, just like they did hours before. Instead, assuming their intent to hurry and go home, they just said oops and oh well. Terrible customer service and I will never be shopping with this dispensary again. There was no apology, no ownership of the mistake just a, "well we called you." How dare you guys blame me for your driver misdialing my phone number & How embarrassing for the company. Smh
This location on 3rd is awesome. Sure they are super busy and sometimes you have to wait or sometimes they don't have the product you want but they make it right by offering discounts, free stuff and store credit! That's fair to me so THANKS!!!
Rude as fuck placed an online order couldn't find the place and the asshole answering your phone will definitely cost you money he was down right just awful I will never spend a dollar here thanks to him whatever his fucking name is thanks for not wanting my money
Jesus H was awesome I came in today with a bunch of questions and Jesus answered them all with no hesitation. I took his recommendation on trying out the standard oil carts and so far hasn't disappointed !! Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable glad the sanctuary is my new Go-To!!
I visited this dispensary as a tourist. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and eager to share the daily deals and specials; I would give her five stars if I could. It was the gentleman in the back who was incredibly rude. This was my first time to shop at a dispensary, and I was a bit overwhelmed with options, procedure and terms. He did not make me feel welcome or seem inclined to answer questions, instead said things like "this will be good enough" and I honestly had no idea what I was leaving with. In reality, this gives a bad rap for the entire cannabis business. They should welcome all potential clients- locals and tourists, experienced individuals and newbies, offering information the same way a pharmacist discusses medications. No one appreciates feeling like their business doesn't matter.
SHOUT out to John for missing the Super Bowl and being a direct person to contact instead of automated touch tone options! LOVE being able to contact a dispensary and not getting the run around! FYI no discounts on deliveries but they do got some GREAT DEALS! Can't wait to visit the store in person to receive my 20% off for first time customer!!! PS THEY GIVE 15% to VETERANS !!
Honestly if I could give no stars I would. My experience at 2:00 p.m on august 5, 2021 was the worst when I got back to the bud tender. He was rude, starting yelling at me if he had to repeat something because he was talking so low I couldn't even hear what he was saying. I didn't even get a receipt to my purchase so I don't even know who he was no name tag. He complained he wasn't feeling well and having a shit day. I go to work and have crappy days but when it's time I got to play my part. Best part is this dude got mad and threw my receipt in the garbage because I didn't even leave him a tip. Why would I after this experience. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Their add said 10 pre rolls for 50 yet I came out of pocket 60 and when I asked well you ad said this he responds it's taxes the great ol America. Didn't ask if I wanted to use my rewards nothing. No where on there ad does it say tax excluded so I'm thinking I'm getting 10 for 50. The only upside of this was the person who checked me in and actually was interested in someone else's day and not about there crappy mood. Oh almost forgot the dude tried to make me feel stupid because I asked him how much terps was in the only pre roll they offered for the deal that he said was the only one they were promoting at the time for the deal and he responds with a smart answer about the Thca which of course I know what it means and he goes and asks me do you even know what thca is. Just the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. If any management wants to call me I would very much would love to speak to someone in power I'm pretty upset
If i could give this place zero stars i would So you get a "20%" off purchase if you're a first time customer , i wanted pre roll pack but the budtender said they're out so i got one infused pre roll for $30 bucks. After my purchase i asked about my discount that he didn't give me, he told me well if you want to buy something else I'll put that discount, there prices are a little high so i said it's fine. TONIGHT I LIT MY JOINT AND IT COMPLETELY BURNED TO THE TIP INSTANTLY like it was mostly just rolled paper! That's never happened to me smoking. I didn't get my discount or even weed in my joint come on! Stay away from this place.
Had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for a pickup order, and then was told they couldn't sell me the items I wanted even though they were advertised on their website. The guy with the cast on his arm, who wasn't even our budtender, was rude as hell. Not chill at all. Spent my money elsewhere. Cost our actual budtender a good tip.
I've tried to shop at this location twice . Once when it was "Canopi" and today it was named "The Sanctuary ". Both times were the same. My spouse and I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby. Then another 20 minutes standing around in the "Showroom". Then we left.

They are super Friendly here and thorough they always treat me Excellent..From the first day I came here I was treated well from the receptionist on down..Charlie was an excellent Bud tender he was Knowledgeable, Friendly and consistent..he was training a girl and was doing an excellent job.. Might I add.. there's daily specials that will take your money far I always get a good deal here.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but the wait!! It was a good 10 to 15 minutes before they let me buy product. I've been to lots of dispensaries in Vegas and hardly do I have to wait to get in. When I went back they weren't busy at all. Not sure what the hold up was, I would go back again to see if this happens consistently. I bought 10 pre rolls for 70 bucks which is a great deal, definitely can't beat the prices there.
