Ashley R was AWESOME. She very polite and knowledgeable. All staff were kind and considerate. I went on a Thursday at 11:25 (open at 11). Order was ready and correct. Was in and out in 10 mins. Parking starting getting full and a line started as I was leaving around 11:45. I loved it and will make the 35 mins drive again. Prices are much better than Cincinnati prices.

Everyone I've ever spoken to here has been extremely helpful and non-judgmental. You do have to order online, but they are always having sales so when you pick up it could cost less. Getting through on the phone is hard because they are always busy but in person they take the time to answer any questions you have.

They have really stepped up their game. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also finally replaced the person at the front door. I wouldn't have come back unless they had. Cheers to doing a good job!

Had my first experience today. It was wild. Very busy! And handled well. It went smooth and fast. Not sure if the same security guard was there but the one I dealt with was super nice. Cant wait to use my items and feel better.

Great deals and good variety to choose from. It’s the only one in the immediate area so it does get busy. Long lines on their busy days. Pre ordering online is good, my order is always correct. Good for those who already know what you want and don’t need any recommendations. I wish they were open a bit longer like the dispensary in the city. I would recommend.
