Great selection! But the two stars in for the fact they never ever answer the phone. I have placed orders on occasion via the web and had them just not show up or call even though they sent me confirmation of the order. Then I try to inquire about it via phone and no one gets it , just rings. Why list a phone number if you not gonna answer?! I goes now a days, with the customer never coming first or being right (what happen to the good old days?) I shouldn't be surprised. I remember way back when...people had manners and actually cared about people and their needs (vs. profit, profit, profit) :( When I go to Phog Center (a block down, medical only) this has never happened. I will go there mostly now. Just because they are more reliable. I love the staff at Lytt when I do get to interact, just really disappointed with the phone service and delivery

What a joke Lytt's Covid protection protocols are.  When I asked the Security Guard why he's not wearing a mask, he told me "how am I able to catch thieves when a mask fogs up my glasses!!"  Really!There is no social distancing inside.  The "bud tenders" masks are always falling down off their face.  I've never seen them disinfect the ATM machine, the cashier tablets or counters.  The employees don't sanitize their hands after touching product or upon completing a transaction.  Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else.  Most of the dispensaries in San Francisco follow Covid protection protocols....go there.  Lytt is too expensive and they don't care about their employees or customers well being.

A great go to spot in Pacifca. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The selection is great. The pre-rolled selection is a favorite, always something new to smoke.

I frequent here for not many choices in Pacifica. Just one complaint, the customer service seems to be selective for me. Hit and miss. A couple people ruined it for the rest of the awesome ones.Just walked out of here feeling lousy after spending $80. Yes, I did mentioned it to the staff.

Credit Cards accepted here, however, there is a charge on top of your regular charges for using a credit card. They have an ATM machine inside in case you're short on cash. MASK required!!!I had a good experience coming to this dispensary. It was not crowded, people were practicing social distancing and the employees all wore masks. Because I placed my order online before arriving, pickup took less than 5 minutes. Will come here again for sure!!

This was my second trip to Lytt and the customer service is very, very good. This time I had help from Steven who helped explain the different type of items they had in the store, Steven took his time to make sure I had the right items I was looking for. Thanks again Steven & Jeni who have been so nice and helpful. I recommend Lytt to anyone who loves great customer service.

Went in today they told me my  California medical cannabis was expired. I know but you can not renew them  . They should know the law.On January 21, 2021, Governor Newsom issued another executive order Executive Order N-01-21 (PDF), affecting the expiration date of Medical Marijuana Identification Cards (MMIC) issued under Health and Safety Code section 11362.71, which concerns current MMIC cardholders and their designated primary caregivers.Pursuant to this executive order, MMICs that would otherwise have expired on or after March 4, 2020 shall be valid until this Order is modified or rescinded, or until the State of Emergency is terminated, whichever occurs sooner.

I've never seen a round number fee when you pay cash. I don't go to a large variety though so admitting I'm not sure what's industry norm on the receipt. I come here when I don't have time for baycaredelivery or can't meet their delivery minimum. I may not know industry norm but I know they don't price like this. Has: Okay selection. Walk to the beach. High prices. Shop dog. Overall: thought +$8 from subtotal was steep

I've been coming to lytt as long as I've lived in Pacifica for about a year now and I've never had an issue however I went to lytt midday and the security guard was very rude when speaking to me. I honestly think he was having a bad day. I do like shopping at lytt for their killer deals but that interaction was very unnecessary and could have been avoided. I think the security guard should try and be more positive in the future. Sometimes when a customer mentions something to you it may be to help you or just to be nice, and is not intended to make you upset. Please be respectful.

Bought a teen clone and when I notice it had mold on the leaves, their workers should do better job with the clones

Bud tenders are always helpful. Love that it's right by the beach for a quick burn before goin home .

Lytt is the cutest seaside dispensary I've been to! The location is perfect, right off the 1 and right on the water. They make it easy to smoke with a beautiful view. Gianna is awesome! She was super helpful!

The customer service was so great!  A very good selection of prerolls and edibles.  I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.  Beach adjacent too!

One employee was not wearing a mask at all, walking behind the counter and talking to other employees. The budtender that helped me and another employee their masks over their mouth, but their noses were sticking out. This made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. Due to this negligence I will not be returning. This business needs to realize that masks only work if everyone is wearing them when inside an enclosed space. Over 177,000 Americans are dead and these employees dont seem to care about their customers at all. Also, the tree is overpriced :| and all prices are pre-tax...If you guys dont wana wear masks, then wait until there are no customers inside your business.

Tax tax tax! This place has false prices  and literally robs it's consumers. For every Gram you purchase you can expect to be paying $15-$20 more on top of that the quality of marijuana they serve here is not even good and they will try to hide behind the fact that they're in Pacifica a highly expensive real estate area and say that it is good product stay away from this place in please do yourself a favor and walk 100 to 200 feet down the street to the other dispensary that sells decent marijuana and is literally being played out by these scumbags because Weedmaps makes this place appear first. #iwishZEROstarsexisted #expensive #thisiswhypeoplebuyillegally

It was my first time at this location. Ita a local spot that is close to where I stay. The front desk security was really nice. People were helpful and the layout was clean and organized. The thing that was a little off for me were some of their prices. Seems a little steep but overall the service was good. Parking is on the streets and they have an ATM inside if you need it.

I bought a cartridge with no item inside! Luckily I had open the ziplock plastic bag that was given before I left the area! When I came back the second cartridge that was given to me seemed used, because it was so sticky from the touch! Do yourself a favor and have no hassle and go elsewhere! This place is also overpriced! 1gram here goes for $60-$70 plus tax when other places charges $45-$50 plus tax! (Depending on what brand you choose of course) Their overpricing customers by $15-$20 on their cartridge products for sure! Bad business I wouldn't come back!

New shop in Pacifica.  Has an quality selection of Medical & Recreational Cannabis.  While not really my thing I still had to check it out.

Everyone here is super helpful and genuinely nice. I appreciate how much knowledge they each have on all their products.

The cutest little dispensary!! All of the staff are very knowledgeable and covid safe with masks and social distancing.

It was first time here and I'm very impressed with everything. The budtenders were so nice and helpful! I'm glad to have found a new dispensary which is 5 mins away from my house. I also love how they have great deals daily! They have everything you might be looking for when it comes to medical and recreational cannabis.

Lytt was litt.  Thats all i can say, I was there in person in store last week and it was amazing, the dude was very helpful and nice. Affordable price and now i am trying to get my weed delivered for free if u buy $60 and more. Very convenient and great customer service. Will be ordering more in the future.

This cannabis club offers so many types of buds, plants, edible, creams, etc. we needed a legit place in San Mateo county and this place was the perfect location and the staff is very welcoming Get the prerolls called CHURRO AMAZING HIGH. GREAT QUALITY STOCK UP!!!

I went here because out of all the dispensaries, this is the closest one to my house. I like how you can order online and then pick up in the store the same day! I ordered pods for my Pax pen, and it only took a few minutes to pay and pick up when I got to the store. They accept cash and credit card, but I suggest you pay with cash, because they charge an extra fee if you use card; there should be an ATM near the store. Overall, fast and easy experience!

This is the same awesome crew who ran SureFyre. Lytt is even better.I am a home grower, but my stash is in Southern California. I am up in the Bay Area getting my condo ready for sale. I ended up being here longer than expected, and some goblins ended up gobbling my home grown on Halloween, so I had to buy some. I was delighted to see that Lytt was operational, and headed over...I checked in and got a coupon for 10% off my first purchase, which took the sting out of the oppressive taxes (most goes to the wealthy, regardless of what politicians claim).I have to admit, after checking in, the process is a bit chaotic. I think they would do well with a number system, like a butcher shop. But it worked out OK. A bud tender politely asked if I had been helped and assisted me with my purchase.I told him I do a lot of CBD (a cone of 24% CBD flower in the am/early afternoon) so I need a potent indica strain to knock me out. He first directed me to a pricy jarred cannabis, which is ideal for the job. I was looking for something a bit more plentiful and affordable, like one of the pre-packaged ounces from Pacific Stone. He recommended the 805 Glue. It's grrrrrreat! I fell asleep on the sofa at 9pm and ended up sleeping 10 hours.It was $172 out the door, but that's with a 10% discount. Next time will be a little more. But, you know, back in the prop 215 days, an ounce of flower like this would easily cost $250 or more. Taxes need to be lower. That's not Lytt's fault and I'm sure they'd love lower taxes too -- people would spend more on weed, not redistributing taxes to the wealthy... Yeah, they drink your milkshake.Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I love that the store windows are transparent and they can post signage about the business. The old prop 215 experience made me feel like a degenerate. This experience was amazing -- like going to a butcher shop or bakery. I think a number queue would be less chaotic, but I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.Super friendly staff, totally know their shit. If you talk about amber vs. clear trichomes, they get it.If I didn't grow my own, I'd be a regular, fo' sho'. They have clones, which is interesting, but I have a ton of seed...

This is a great dispensary to go to near the coast of Pacifica. I love the vibes inside and the staff is very helpful with all your questions you might have. I definitely recommend checking this place out whenever you're in town!

Update: The dispensaries in Pacifica finally got around to checking out the laws, and are now letting in customers under 21 with valid medical recommendations/cards! Woo hoo! Lytt was honest about the mistake, and it's understandable as marijuana laws are confusing during these times. Super friendly staff, beautiful location, great products, and I'm definitely coming back!

They have a good selection and a wide delivery area, but don't get too hopeful about the delivery. I know that most cannabis delivery services can take a while, but today I placed an order at 12:50, and I've just been told to expect it at 6:15! When you place an order, you go to a screen that tells you to expect an eta "shortly." I've never received one without calling them after having waited a long time.I'm not saying that nobody should ever consider getting delivery from them, but expect them to be very slow and uncommunicative. I recommend that you call them and ask for an eta as soon as you place your order, because they will NEVER send you one on their own. In fact, when I called this time, I was told that it was already on its way, yet they hadn't let me know. I was particularly disappointed by the guy I spoke to. He actually asked me "that ok?" about the delivery time, and hung up right after I said "I don't know; let me think."Anyhow, they're there, they exist, they may have just what you want, but set your delivery and customer service expectations very low.

terrible customer service.  don't dont dont use your credit card. the charge will come back on your statement as a "non (bank name) atm withdrawal.  you will then be screwed if you file a dispute for any transaction at these crooks business. no emails, texts or phone answer's, and replies. late and, or no shows for delivery.  go elsewhere. waaaaaaay overpriced too, rip off.

I had my first visit last week and it was very pleasant. The line moved really fast. My account was created super fast and I was immediately greeted by a staff member. I asked to look at clones and the attendant was super knowledgeable and made sure I received quality clones. I will definitely return to purchase other products. The prices seem really fair.

My first visit this past weekend. A super positive experience, from start to finish. You show ID, get checked in, a nice guy is doing that. Then you walk in, and someone approached me right away. Stephen, he asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted and he showed me the way. He asked a few questions and answered all of mine. Showed me all of my choices and helped me make an informed decision. Overall it was a great encounter and I am very happy with my purchases. The favorite highlights of my visit; Stephen was helpful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable and most of all, he did not rush me. The atmosphere is chill, I will definitely return to re-stock.Prices are steep I think, but the place and the people are nice.

Had to wait in the lobby for someone to let me in, despite there being someone working the front desk and another employee standing in the back doing nothing. Went in for a specific item that was in stock on the website, was told it had just sold out 30 minutes earlier. Ok no problem, I asked for something similar. Not only was it less potent, it was also 40% more expensive. I can understand inventory issues but the job of a bud tender is to give good recommendations and be helpful, something that was lacking.

What a hidden gem! It's right by the beach and so convenient, it's not usually busy and the parking is easy. Park, get your weed, go to the beach and just chill and smoke. The staff are always super nice and helpful, there is never a question that goes unanswered. Thank you Pacifica for this private oasis by the beach...

Love that it's here in my childhood town by the beach where I spend a lot of my life at & it's convenient, every flower I bought here has me satisfied in all levels! So a huge thumbs up to the THC levels in this place it's on point! Great place to indulge & be satisfied! Of course my only complaint is the tax geez Uncle Sam pull your hand out the game and grow some yourself

Started coming here because they were closer, though pricier, than my other usual shop. But when I walked in to order recently, an employee behind the counter had his mask pulled down to his chin. Upon seeing me, he did exactly nothing to put his mask on, just called for someone else behind the counter to help me... and she also didn't have a mask on and had to pull it on. I was surprised to see it after they'd been pretty careful on my other visits. Considering that some of their customers are medically fragile, I think I'll go back to my old haunt for now.

Way over priced products. You will be very surprised once you get to the cash register. I purchased an item for $55.00 but when I got to the register the item was $73.00.  I understand there are taxes but not $18.00 on a $55.00 item.  Can't wait till the Bloom Room opens up on 04/20 at least I know they charge fair prices.

This is the first dispensary I've been to since moving to San Francisco from LA and WOW! I only have good things to say. I was assisted immediately when walking in and all the workers are extremely kind and helpful. They also have different deals every day which is awesome! Lytt is definitely my new go to dispo!

I used to go to their old location called Surefyre. Still the same great selection of vape cartridges and edibles to choose from. Customer service is great as I asked for suggestions on edibles. The Wyld gummies were great for what I wanted. The prices are great too. At least I didn't feel like I'm just another customer when I'm here.

Love the staff, they are usually very helpful. Today I came in to celebrate the Biden/Harris win. I told the security guard how happy I was and how I think we are moving in the right direction although not all perfect of course. He said he didn't see a difference. I said "Well at least we don't have a clown who does nothing but tear down successful programs past presidents have set up." He said "Still, now we have another clown." I tried to say "well let's agree to disagree." He laughed and said "No" and kept laughing until I walked away. Maybe it's advisable to stay away from the topic of politics, ESPECIALLY at your place of work? And maybe when someone is trying to be cordial and has a different opinion, don't laugh at them? I don't know, probably a bitter Trump supporter. I think the owner should talk to employees about appropriate work conversations or at the very least, teach employees that it's perfectly ok to agree to disagree.

My husband and I were about to enter Lytt when I was stopped and asked to coordinate our purchases for "health and safety". I informed him that my husband had some individual  questions and wanted to enter as did I. He again said we should coordinate and tell each other what we wanted to each other so that both of us would not need to enter. We both had face masks on. He didn't have a mask on. Other people in line didn't have masks and were about to enter. Insisting all customers wear masks would be safer for everyone's health and safety in my opinion. I was dismayed by this experience as we were technically together but making independent purchases. Of course we care about our, and their health and safety but it just felt like a snub and felt rude. Sure hope it wasn't because we were brown and black. Just weird.

So happy to finally have a convenient, quality, and reasonably priced dispensary in my neck of the woods of Pacifica, and bonus! They have a shop puppy!! I've had great experiences with their flower, edibles, concentrates and THC cartridges so far. When I did have a problem with a cartridge they happily took the item as a return and helped to select a comparable replacement. Everyone I've encountered there has truly been happy to help. Lytt is a cool little place. Friendly security and easy parking. It has a good little selection of everything and knowledgeable staff to help out. They had really cute shop dogs:) It's nice to have a place like this locally!

The folks here are very nice, and pleasant. However: prices are high. I assume it has something to do with local rents and taxes; still a drag. Further: store employees seem completely unconcerned, or powerless, when it comes to mistakes on the website which can be inaccurate, or out-of-date. Tenders are not necessarily up on product and so do not have clear opinions on product. I had a fellow tell me he was an Indica guy when i asked about a sativa product. Which is cool. For me it was odd that he was so taken aback when I asked if someone might be a Sativa person i could speak with. I wish there were genuine competition in the area so that pricing and availability would improve. I'm grateful they are here; I hope more dispensaries open in the area

Ok, let me start with it's a nice space. They spent money on this. I do not like the prices. Very expensive, extremely expensive. If that's what you want, go for it but I'll never go back to to this place. It blows my mind. this whole thing has been blown way out of proportion. Plan better  and buy more for less. I learned that.

I recently started going to Lytt several times a month for in past 6 months or so. I've had the pleasure of interacting with a few of Lytt's professionals (no sarcasm here) and they have all given me sound advice. There is one individual in particular that has educated me in the various products they carry. Matt has ALWAYS been very professional and upfront with every product I've had questions on. Recently I came back with a problem with my battery. Matt went way above and beyond to help me out. Will I be returning, Damn straight I will and I will be asking for Matt, every time! To the rest of the Lytt Team, Thank you, you all are awesome!

Best cannibis store! The place is super lay back and relaxed & the employees are really there to help educate the customers on all the different products. I've put so many people into their place & all of them love it!

Lytt is an awesome place! Great, friendly atmosphere from the doggies running around to all of the staff from the moment you walk in the door. The guy who checks IDs is welcoming and the bud tenders are knowledgeable, helpful, and laid back. Will help and answer any questions you have, but will also let you browse around and not be pushy. Cash only like most places, but they have an ATM on site. Definitely will come back!

Easy check in process. The staff was all really Friendly. I had the pleasure of having budtender shauna assist me and she demonstrated her knowledge in different strains and brands that she favored. Ended up smoking some fire, thanks to her recommendation.

This is one of the best dispensaries in the Bay Area in my opinion. Love all the great staff they have there. Bud is always nice and at great selection. The store is always clean and stocked up. I love their top shelf strains. Plenty of parking. Really no complaints, just a really good dispensary with people who know their stuff and take pride in it!

Have been to this shop a couple times already and can say their selection is great! The staff are friendly and answered any questions I had. Being as this dispensary is so close by I plan to make it my regular for all my dispensary needs. I especially enjoyed their 25 dollar eights. All in all great shop, great staff ,10/10 must try!

When I checked out our new dispensary I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly vibes I got from the security guard and the "bud tender", Michael. Michael was also very knowledgeable about the different CBD products that I came to check out, and he hooked me up with the perfect gummy edibles that have been exactly what I was looking for. I think once they add more products then they will be a 5 star business.

Service here is UNBEATABLE!! Great location near the beach and a easy to the pier! I'd recommend anyone who's passing through to stop here. The folks working here are super nice and informative.

This place continuously raises their prices. You could go in one week and a pre-roll was 44,  you go in the next and it's 50. Happened again yesterday where they jumped their price by 4$. Who's going to continue going to a place like that? They're pretty pricey to begin with compared to other places or deliveries.

Honestly the best dispensary. Everything is so beautiful and laid out super cleanly so you can see all the product. The budtenders are super nice especially Matt.

This is my second time in Lytt and the second experience is better than the first. They have almost anything you may need and the staff is friendly and helpful. During these Covis-19 times I was so thankful for blue tape outside on the sidewalk for social distancing.

The staff is really friendly. It's a bit expensive but that's not the staffs fault. They have great options for anything you need.

I typically buy online but I am more than willing to drive over the hill to give my business to Lytt. You save on delivery fees and get a more personal experience. Well let me start these reviews off then!!  Lets also celebrate that cannabis is now legal to the point anyone and their mom can now go purchase cannabis products right here in pacifica!  Cancel your  deliveries go get a great customer experience with some of the finest employees in the industry.  Store is clean , has a nice wide open feel to it, friendly staff. The security guard that greets you has a great demeanor not like some other places ive been where they act like club bouncers.   They are stocked up on some of the best flower and products on the market.  I went in and got some mendocino grown lava cake pre rolls and they didnt disappoint.  Yes yer gonna pay a premium these days so be prepared for prices that are slightly above what they once were at the medicinal shops. But like i said WE CAN NOW WALK INTO A SHOP AND GET CANNABIS  no questions asked.  Gotta love it. Congrats to this shop for being the first of its kind in pacifica.

Great selection, kewl staff but San Mateo's taxes are like 30% making Lytt easily the most expensive dispensary I've ever visited between here and northern Washington. The honeymoon was fun but I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Worst customer experience I have ever had at a shop. The manager is super rude and has no clue what he's doing. I went to check them out for the first time today as I like to support local businesses. This Asian guy with glasses helped me. I was there for edibles and cartridges. He asked what battery pen I had and pointed out all the cartridges that would work with it. I bought a few edibles and two 1gm cartridges- I spent over $220 and left super happy. I got to my car and realized one of the cartridges didn't work with my battery pen, so went straight back to let him know. The manager threw a fit and said, "I'm not responsible for the kind of pen you have. You can buy a new pen that works with this cartridge". This is the answer I got despite the bud tender hand-picking cartridges that "would work" with my pen. I was speechless and extremely disappointed. They lack the basic knowledge and experience. Save your money and stay away.

Me and my girlfriend came to Lytt for a cartridge and a couple joints and The atmosphere of this dispensary is super cool. I walked in and everyone was super friendly and helpful and not to mention the selection of products are very versatile!! Greg helped us out and he had great recommendations for me and made it a lot easier for me to just get it and get out. Lived this place and will be coming back again!

This is a great local spot. Stopped in because I was tired of driving out to Geneva and dealing with traffic to and from the city. The flower selection isn't bad, but the website wasn't update so they didn't have a couple choices I was looking forward to. Overall the bud tender was super kind, and understanding on my reservations on spending too much. He recommended a nice 7 pack of prerolled joints and I got out the door for 30 bucks. Not bad at all. Will be back.

If you are looking for a place, this one is it.  Great product selection.  The security guard was very nice,  This was my first visit. Got 10% off.  The ambience was very nice and Holly was great for shooting the breeze.  Stop by. You won't be disappointed.  High 5!

They have great prices and they are very nice. I like the location as well. There is never a long wait and their even is a cute dog as well.

I came here a few weeks ago with a friend early on a Friday evening. The selection was huge and our bud tender showed us around and explained what they have in stock and offered some recommendations.I'm glad Pacifica finally has a recreational dispensary! I just wish they followed what some other dispos in the Bay Area do, which is include tax in the advertised price. I bought an 1/8 for $25 and it was like $45 with tax........yikes. I know the taxes in the area are insane and it's not their fault, but I just want to know what to expect since I like to stay within my budget.I would return!

I had to come and update this review to add another star making it 5 stars! They have since acquired a new armed guard who is very receptive with surroundings. He maintains order and gives off a scary vibe like "don't fuck with me or this place" vibe. This makes me feel safe and protected. There is another gentleman who is so knowledgeable I can pick his brain for days...wish I remembered his name but he's so dope. Overall still the best flower in Pacifica and staff is professional and pleasant! I recommend this place to everyone and I get nothing but kudos from them.

Ordered a wedding cake pre roll yesterday. The quality was excellent and I had a great time. Service was fast, personal and attentive. This was my first time stopping in, but I'll be back for more!

Wow, I've never had luck with other dispensaries but I feel like I hit the jackpot with Lytt. I didn't really know what I wanted, just wanted something to help with my anxiety and the bud-tender was sooo knowledgeable and non judgmental I really appreciate him being so patient and super friendly. I didn't feel like I was being a bother, when I've gone to other places they really belittle me and make me feel so dumb but not here at Lytt and I totally appreciate that. I've found my spot and I will definitely coming back. Plus there's super cute dogs- can't beat that haha

Really good customer service and knowledgeable staff. High quality selection of concentrates and they always have the latest wyld edibles on hand. The only negative is they don't have a separate area for pickups. If you're picking up, you go through the same line and process as those who are walking in.

This place is a dump and the people inside were snobs don't waste your time way better places to go.

Definitely the worst dispensary in Pacifica. Terrible customer service and super high prices. I was harassed by the employees and treated like dirt. You're better off going right down the street for friendly staff, bigger selection and better prices.@@2@

Stopped here right after landing from out of state. Awesome location near some cafes and the ocean, and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Gonna be my first stop anytime I land in the bay!
