They sell hella weed here. It's awesome. Just so much weed, ya know?¿ it's great. You come in here, there's all this marijuana, and they sell it to ya. It's just incredible

I placed an online order here and came to pick it up and no one knew where it was. they told me it might have been sent to a different location down the street. super whack and unprofessional and disappointing that I came all the way here just to walk away empty handed.

*MEDICAL CARD HOLDERS* go literally anywhere else, this location caters to Recreational customers and will treat medical customers like trash. For whatever reason they put the "medical line" on the complete opposite side of the building where you regularly get ignored. They're more concerned about the money they're making on the Rec users to even bother looking at the medical line. You'll get skipped multiple times if you go in the medical line. This location treats medical card holders like trash customers. Go anywhere else!

Beware!! Bought an eighth from Item 9 labs from Harvest. Thought it looked a little small for an eighth, weighed it, and it weighed 2.3 grams Head to MedMen, never once had an issue with that dispo..

I love this dispensary and have been shopping here for a while. This evening at 5:20pm, I, a Canadian Military Veteran, was disrespected and my service was disregarded by the lady checking in  customers. While I was checking in with another young lady, she interrupted and stated that my service, working in the Canadian Military (for 10 years) didn't qualify for a military discount. This was the most rude, ignorant, blasphemous logic I have ever heard! I worked with Americans to protect them from terrorists  for almost 10 years on American soil! I have been getting a military discount from Harvest for about 2 years. So I don't know why she thinks I am not eligible anymore. She is dumb and needs a lesson in foreign affairs!

Sione was our bud tender, and he gave us the best customer service we've seen in quite some time. He took his time explaining certain strains and how to understand the menu system! I had an amazing experience here, I'm definitely coming back ASAP. Great Job Harvest & Sione

Horrible experience at this location from the lack of communication with checking in. I think the girl working today was bothered to have to be there and work. She was unable to greet or speak during check in. She also was disabled by her nails. I went into the dispensary no signs tell if you are in a que for Rec  or medical, no communication from staff about where to go to be in line and after  Waiting for 10 Minutes a customer told me I am in the wrong line.  Go to the back of the line over there where there is no sign for medicalPatients . No thanks. Every dispensary is selling the same product so the only thing that makes the me come back is service and this place doesn't have much.  They aren't high end of the services is poor. I wouldn't go back or give themMy business. They don't appreciate it.

Just dropped my 3 stars review to 2 for the "corporate robot Tim," who replied to my review. You would like to hear more about my experience? My review wasn't enough? And again, went back bc Med Men (my favorite and wayyyy better staff and prices) was closed. Only to see that it's the same rowdy, disorganized and of course keep it up with the awful music and sound. Get it together, the competition is drowning you.

This Harvest location is awesome! If you see a line do not be discouraged, the staff here moves quick and helps people get in and out in no time! The products are high quality and if you have questions about what you'd like to experience the recommendations that they give are phenomenal.I've been to a few Harvest locations but this one is definitely my favorite.

Beats med men in many ways. Like options!!!They have great hours of operation.I recommend this location and their products

This is based off of what my husband has said:The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly.

Please avoid this dispensary. When I made my purchase, Harvest's pricing board showed a half-ounce discount, a savings of $20.  A few days I noticed this and I went back to ask about this and the manager said it was a misprint. Then she said I was too late in returning (1 week) for them to consider correcting their mistake.  She also wouldn't tell me how long I had to question their receipts. They admitted it was their fault (misprint) and gave me an FU when I dared to question this.  Plenty of other businesses. Please avoid.

I like the approach here where the actual budtenders circulate on the floor available to answer questions and recommended products.  Harvest seems to have a wide selection.  The only drawbacks seem to be: 1. The majority of the cashiers seem utterly confused about the products I've written down that I want and possibly life in general.  2. They seem to be out of stuff a lot.  I've only been here a handful of times but I've noticed some obvious shortages.  Window staff and floor staff are always very pleasant.

So I guess I was a bit confused today. I thought when you ordered on line it was supposed to be express? I walked in waited in the outside room for 15 min. The lady checking us in was gabbing to someone else so she called all 4 of us back together. Again did my order on line so it was sitting there waiting all I had to do is pay. Had to wait again in line to get my order. There was no one working the express. The guy in front of me actually left before me and he just ordered regular. So what is the purpose of us ordering on line?

Great dispensary with OUTSTANDING customer service. People are friendly. Great products most of the time but like most places this varies from time to time. Overall awesome facility.

Had a great 1st visit. Everyone was awesome! Flower quality was on spot, prices pretty much in line  with everybody else.  Lots of great Bogo deals, I will be visiting again when I'm in that neighborhood.

Great Place!!!  Ordered online, drove to HHOC, stood in the online order line, and got it 5 minutes later (faster if the dude in front wasn't trip'n ass).  No problems, nice smooth quick professional service.  The place was organized, clean and professional.  Check it.

This place would be an easy 4/5 stars, except the service is just lacking. Knowledge is inconsistent with who's working, sometimes so vast that they'll argue over if I gave them $80 or $60 (Also, still cash only? Everyone else has figured it out). I just left and was overcharged for an eighth AGAIN. I have "veteran" in my account, however I always have to remind them. Today, I was told my two eighths were more expensive because of "taxes". Yes, I am aware of the tax rate. That doesn't explain why I never get the same price at the register. Considering taking my business a few minutes down the road

By far the best place I've been too. Great first time specials w a great staff. Your allowed to browse without another hovering over you. You go to the counter when your ready. I cannot comment on the products as I've yet to try it.

Ok still my home spot for concentrates.   Lots of selection from mpx to drip they have it.   They also have good deals on flower.    I'd give them another star if they would bring back patient samples.

I love this place, but skip their pre-rolls. They don't smoke. Broke one open and it was powder and there was actually seeds! Everything else is top notch!

This place is horrible. Flower sucks and the staff is by far the absolute worst. In Particular the female manager  with the very Short hair .  If you see her , make an about face . #worstever . I'd rather travel to any other place for your Cannabis needs. If you can't , still skip Harvest HOC . Its not worth your time or money trust me .

In the previous year their lower priced product has been a value.  Now, as of June, 2020 it is crap.  They are now packaging elsewhere and I would imagine that management has changed the quality for the dollar.  I am going to go to a closer dispensary in the future.

I entered their front door completely intimidated and apprehensive as I'm new to the alternative medicine world. My first visit went so much better than expected. In large part due to Alana. She took the time to not only listen but to walk me thru (and explain) my very uneducated, overwhelmed needs. Harvest, what ever your paying her is money well spent!I found the dispensary very clean, bright and welcoming. Everyone there was nice, welcoming and very well informed. I have read a few negative reviews but must say, my experience could not have been more pleasant. One additional note, as I initially entered the dispensary, I noticed an elderly couple in need of assistance. Alana and the rest of the staff couldn't have been nicer, more patient or helpful to that poor couple in need...Thank you Harvest HOC for running a classy establishment. Many, many retailers could learn from your professional example.

This is the first dispensary that I have visited since getting my medical card and the experience was lovely! The dispensary itself is clean, inviting, comfortable and not overly crowded. It was a very refreshing experience even with the social distancing and mask wearing, and everyone there was super friendly and willing to help you. I will definitely continue going here for my cbd/thc needs.

Love Harvest of Scottsdale.  Saw all my peeps yesterday. Flower is always delicious! Dream store cartridges are my favorite!!! Ask for JT or Alanna as your bud tender!!!! Chris is always there to answer any questions too. Keep up the great work.

Today was my first time at Harvest, and I had a great experience! It was exciting to be there as a recreational customer. My bud tender was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. After learning about how much more in taxes are paid  and how deals are excluded for recreational buyers, it makes sense to get your card! I spent $22 just in taxes! Anyways, I highly recommend it here! I will definitely come back again!

I went to Harvest of Scottsdale earlier this week to buy a vaporizer. There were problems with it and I had written a review reflecting my experience. Since then, the manager of Harvest has gone the extra mile to resolve the issues and so it's only fair that I write about this as well. I will definitely be a return customer and I recommend Harvest wholeheartedly.

From the moment you enter to the moment you leave you have sincere staff ready and able to help you. They have a TON of products. The staff was even able to tell me what edibles were vegan and which weren't without having to check the labels. I will DEFINITELY be back!

The best dispensary in the Valley by far! Really nice staff that is very knowledgeable and respectful of your time. Great selection of all versions of medicinal herb. Highly recommended.

SCAM STAY AWAY!! Sells fake DRIP Baller Jars!! Have revived DRIP Baller Jars from this location on multiple occasions, everytime the sticker meant to signify that the container is sealed appeared to have been peeled off and re-applied. Also each container had a massive air pocket beneath the surface of the of the product making the container appear full. When compared to a DRIP baller jar directly from DRIP it is clearly evident that this place is giving out "light"/"short" products under false pretences! Again STAY AWAY!!!! Complete rip of!!!!

First visit in to Harvest Scottsdale & let me tell ya..You have to go check this place out, it has some fire! Great first time deal and the quality of the flower is just A1, I  was told their wax, shatter, and live resin is bomb too. Oh yeah, and JT 's the man. Great bud tender, super informative & will make sure you get  exactly what you're looking for! They won't let you down!!

The only reason why you're getting four stars is because of your staff.  The flower was dried out yet to find any sticky. Tried Multiple times going else where.

This place is great. Its feels clean and professional. The people are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they are constantly trying to hook me up with deals! I never feel like anyone cares if I buy anything, instead I always feel like its all about helping me find what I need. I really like that. The owners/managers really seem to be focused on hiring good, caring people; and creating a comfortable environment, it really shows.

I would have agreed with the higher rating six months ago but they are now sliding downwards.  Their website is not updated and you may find something you like that they actually don't have, even if it is on their website! They had a great happy hour that is gone and discontinued. They changed their loyalty program but actually don't have an AP and it is complicated to connect to it. For the last three visits they were out of the products that were effective for me and when I spoke to a supervisor I was told they don't control any of their purchasing! In fact they have no way to speakWith anyone corporately even if there is a problem! I have been going to this store for over a year and I amWitnessing the deconstruction of it...pricing is higher than other dispensaries I have gone to, but I continued with them because they were the only store in the Air Park.... but I have other choices now! The lack of concern for customers is pushing me to try an other dispensary! To be honest I feel like I walked into a bad retail store and walked out with a bad retail experience!!!! Soon they will see that their competition is giving better service and taking away their patients! I just had the worst 45 minute experience because everything I needed was out of stock with nothing similar as a replacement! I have run retail stores and if I ran my stores like they are I would be going out of business! I guess they don't care because they have a product patients need! I recommend trying a different dispensary!

Alana is  One of the most compassionate people I have ever met! She knows how to make your day and find the perfect strains for you.  extraordinary knowledge and such compassion.

This place is awesome! I picked up 3 or so indica strains, a pre roll, honey sticks and got a FREE cartridge! Strains are super potent and pure, customer service is amazing, the owner is so knowledgeable about every aspect and walks around helping his customers! Love this place!

I have been to the others.. they do not compare so Harvest Scottsdale is now Home! Safe, Secure & great Sale prices. Its the Apple Store of Dispensaries ... 5 Stars!!!

Great deal. Just kidding. Gave me a punch card with 4 visits get a free 8th. Well that's a lie tell me to come next time then tell me I have spend more money to use it. I spend 80+ on each visit, then rejected. Best part is I live in buckeye. Wont ever go back.

By far the best dispensary in the valley! Budtenders are insanely knowledgable, the product selection is top notch & the prices are great. They always have some great specials going on & the best pricing for Dream Steam cartridges. I love the points program here. Everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and welcome.

I have tried a few dispensaries I. The past few years, then suddenly I found this dispensary and feel at home.From the minute you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff in an open and clean (nay I say airy) reception area. I have never had to wait for service.  Everything is displayed in a very open and orderly way.  There are several budtenders and each time the haven ever led me astray. From here you can tell they are very knowledgeable about the different strains (they have a very nice variety). They listen to symptoms and concerns and guide you to the medication that best matches. PLUS......the medication is amazing. Either vape pens, flowers or edibles, you are going to be impressed. Try the Dream Steam GOLD, it is AMAZING (and very very potent).You will not be disappointed.

I really like this place when they first opened but my few latest trips there have been very disappointing employees behind the counter not checking anyone out having a good time where I had to yell across the room to get anyone's attention I remember when they first opened up it was incredibly good customer service. But I had heard through the grapevine they're expanding so fast I can't get any good help. Not a good way to get clients in a very competitive field

Best dispensary I've found in Scottsdale or Phoenix.  Their location is clean, and quite nice compared to other dispensaries I've been to. The staff is friendly and helpful and doesn't make it seem like you're wasting their time when asking questions about their products. This place is worth the trip across town and should open another location in Phoenix.

this is the best dispensary in the Valley hands down. They are incredibly knowledgeable. Friendly people ready to help or let you have your space and browse. The clinic is clean and nicely decorated. Above all is the customer service. They do everything they can the make it reasonably priced. They stand behind their product. They have replaced faulty items no questions asked.

Great place. I'm bummed that some corporate d bag made the executive decision to remove tip jars for the budtenders. Not everybody makes office salaries, a lot of us in the service industry depend on tips. If everything else wasn't great about this place I'd go somewhere else, like independent owned. Corporations suck

This place is awesome.  I have only been in the front area so cannot attest to the back, but it sure is beautiful.  Mike was VERY informative and kind and didn't push anything at all.  He actually came out to the car to say hello to the woman I brought who was waiting (she is handicapped).  I feel I could get my card and be treated very well by him and others.

They have a good selection and prices but they're not that great on customer service, especially for those who come in with patients and don't have a card. Very rude

Guys it's time to stop giving preferential treatment to medical when 2/3 of business comes from rec. why do you make me wait in line for 15 minutes while multiple people help medical, one employee helps rec with 8 waiting. Run your business like a business.Second, I note you already reduced your loyalty program points from $7.50/1000 to $5/1000. Why?

As an experienced patient I was very worried about how Arizona would handle the influx of recreational users once it was implemented earlier this year. But my fears were quickly put to rest, Harvest HOC clearly studied where other states did well in their roll out and perhaps most importantly where they went wrong and gave me a fantastic experience. Having the flexibility to get your medication while on a trip is really key for wellness, and Harvest HOC delivered. I got 5 prerolls and a live resin cart, that set me back $140 which for me was totally reasonable considering the potency and size of both products. This will likely be my go to dispensary when in the Scottsdale area, I'm excited to see how they grow (wink).

These people are always losing online orders then will make you go to the other side when it's busy because of their mistake.

Completed an online order with a current promotion going on for a specific cream that I like to use. Come to find out once ready for pickup that the online promotion was incorrect. They explained that online ordering is not correct and the promotions I see online are not honored or correct and was talking down as he explained to me how online promotions work. Me and my girlfriend did not appreciate the talking down to or the false advertising. If you guys can't seem to get all the promotions in order then take them down , really not difficult. I will never come back here based of my interaction with this individual and lack of customer service skills. Honor your promotion!!!

After hitting the ATM, I made my way to the front to place my order/pay. As I'm waiting in line, a woman behind the counter was frantically rushing to obviously get out the door. Of course I look in her direction as she's making it well known she is not open for business. Catching my glance, she felt the need to let me know, 'I am off the clock, you'll just have to wait for the next person available.' Which is what I was doing. Shortly after she fumbled her way through the back door, but not before screaming 'good night love you guys' Now it's my time to order/pay. I let the guy know exactly what I wanted. He gave me the nod and smile. Long story short I make it home, and what I asked for was not in the bag. Comparable in experience to a over run fast food joint.

Be very very careful when shopping here !! this for so long was one of my favorite places somewhere along the line they have lost focus on caring about cannabis being medical and beneficial and it is 100% all about the money for this company !!!! their product lacks , their prices are ridiculous !!! and a core of staff that I used to enjoy a lot have all been replaced with staff that should not have any people contact whatsoever once again if you feel like spending $70 for just mediocre then go right ahead this place is great for you .... if you are looking for better product with better service and price I suggest looking elsewhere....

If you can avoid this place, do it. If you're medical maybe you'll get better service idk... I've come here 10+ times and every single time I leave upset.Today I made an online order because if you don't they will make you wait in line for 30+ minutes because they will serve every medical/online order first, including people who keep walking in as youve standing there, even tho they're coming in 20+ min after you've already been waiting... so since that's my usual dilemma I opted to order online this time to see if it is just me who sucks and not them.Well I get there and of course they don't have my order. So I just asked for an 8th and a preroll.I was charged for both but they didn't put the preroll in my bag.So I try calling and when you try to speak to an actual person they just keep rerouting you to their main menu until you get so mad you hang up and decide to try to forget how bad of an experience you just had.I keep trying and I keep getting terrible results. Idk why I even keep coming back.Also once I went in at 6:40pm last tome cuz they close at 7pm and they turned me away because they "already have people in line"Lol ok so you guys don't want lasting customers and you don't care about making money. Good to know. Will go to SOL where they actually appreciate me!If you don't care about being ripped off or waiting forever then you'll love it here ;)

I'm not as happy with this dispensary as I was.  I placed on online order this morning and one of the six items was out of stock.  So what did Harvest do?  Cancel the whole order!  Is that the way to treat customers?Another thing they do that I don't like is substitute lower quality products when they run out of what you ordered.  I ordered a pre-roll with 28% THC and Harvest substituted something with 17% THC.  Is that the way to treat customers?This dispensary is fast and efficient and has a lot of good points but the ordering and delivery needs work.  Respect your customers!
