Cool place, cool people, weeds ok, but the exchange system is no good, purchased a cartridge yesterday didn't work so I took it right back and exchanged it for a different 1 and brand, it was less $$$ and got no change back or preroll to compensate, a sale is a sale and a return part of the that sale, you should be able to do something, specially when it's patients they know from the day they opened and they tip, makes me want to stop tipping, when a customer tips, but when something goes bad there's a business rule an owner put to block helping.
