Went in to the new MedMen dispensary in Tallahassee today for the first time. Their model is very different from the other dispensaries I've used. First, when you walk in there are no multiple waiting rooms to navigate through. The store is really nice with lots of tablets inside with information on products, etc. Brandon met me at the door and asked how he could help me. We talked for a few minutes with him asking great questions about my condition and what I've been using. They have the full range of products and the products are behind a long wall with glass on top so you can watch the process. No mystery room the salesperson disappears into after you place your order. I placed my order and tried a new product that Brandon had recommended. I was surprised at the final bill which was a lot less than I have been paying. Pretty much a perfect experience...

I had to check out the latest dispensary in Tallahassee.  I like this dispensary.  The staff are knowledgeable and nice people.  The interior layout is very cool and different.  Product selection was somewhat limited but loved what I was able to purchase.  It will be an even better when fully stocked.  I felt that prices were good, too.  They have a good new customer discount making it easy to check out.

I'm really feeling this dispensary! The are not fully stocked yet but when they are... WOW!! Tallahassee dispensaries should be worried. The store is clean and streamlined and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the cannabis and the amazing staff will keep you coming back! Special shoutout to Alex for helping me and my nephew out today! He really impressed us... Thanks to Jess and Trevor too for just being pleasant and welcoming. Customer for life!

I stopped in today after looking at the website. I'm so glad that I did. These guys are so knowledgeable on there product. They also are extremely friendly and helpful making a decision on what products may work best for you and your individual needs. I recommend them over any other dispensary in Tallahassee Fl., Trueleve has a larger product inventory but does not come close to the  customer service and product knowledge that was presented here at MedMen. I'll be back and recommend you guys try them out as well. Thank you Brandon for such a wonderful educational  experience at the dispensary today. Ask for Brandon S. He is exceptional.

BY FAR the best dispensary and staff in Tally. Emma is always ready to help me find what I like, offer recommendations, and she makes sure I'm happy before I walk out the door. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and doesn't make me feel stupid for not knowing a lot about the products. If you're NOT going to Medmen, you're missing out!

Very clean, quick, and accommodating dispensary! There were only a couple other customers in at the time and it is very spacious. They have displays set up where you can smell the bud and view product descriptions on iPads. They have great promotions and deals for each time you come in. Alessandra, one of the patient care consultants, was especially helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions and was just a few steps away anytime I needed help, as it was my first time at the dispensary. I would highly recommend to try them out!
