Staff is super friendly, and the place is super clean! I love trying new things so it's nice when the staff knows their stuff.

Very friendly staff! Staff are very knowledgeable and patient with questions. The inside atmosphere was nice and like I walked into an Apple store. Very clean, aesthetically pleasing environment. Armed security officers make you feel safe when purchasing. We got two free pre-rolls, cherry chem #2, for every $100 we spent as a holiday promotion we didn't know about. They were very good pre-rolls and had amazing effects. Lots of energy and giggles. It was a perfect first trip! It's good to be able to buy cannabis legally and safely!!! They required masks but asked to pull them down when showing ID. ID was showed three times to three different staff. Hand sanitizer is available. We got 10g total for $230. 7g shake, 2g of pre-rolls (free), 1g of concentrate. There is also a headshop right next to it that made it convenient to pick up some mini torch lighters. The staff there was awesome too. The cashier at the head shop next door did not have a mask though but required customers to wear one.

Nice selection super friendly service, medical and recreational sales nice selection of vapes too. I will definitely be back

The employees were all so nice and friendly. I walked in and immediately had someone help me. The indica pens I got are amazing. The lady who helped me at check out was super nice and lovely! I will be going back!

Patrick was awesome! Made some really great recommendations and worked with me at checkout. The decor is inviting and all staff is very friendly. You can also order online so quick and easy.

I was so excited to see that a dispensary had opened up near me as my husband has been having terrible insomnia and anxiety from work stress lately and he had lost his pen a few weeks ago. Getting inside, the place isn't super big but it's chic, clean and bright! Also, Apple Maps took me to the wrong plaza, the dispensary is actually located in the same plaza as the Glen Ellyn Taco Bell on Roosevelt aka IL 38 just a quarter mile down from where Apple Maps tries to take you, so maybe just route yourself to that Taco Bell in the meantime as the powers that be figure that stuff out. A big shout out to Oscar who was top notch; he was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had thoroughly (and I had a lot of them) and never made me feel rushed. I came home giddy with a bag of goodies excited to show my husband what I was able to find when he got home from work!Last night, my husband finally got his first restful sleep for the first time in weeks and we're both so grateful for the spot on recommendations, thank you so much!!

This dispensary gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Upon my poor experience with the teller at the counter I asked to speak with the manager. Pete came up and did nothing to help. He did nothing to apologize or explain his employees actions. Rather tried to argue and then when I asked him for his name he says in a cocky voice "it's Pete look around my names everywhere" then he ran right into a glass display  I thought that was Super funny he got some instant karma but if you want to have a good happy dispensary experience stay as far away from here as you can

One thing that'll make you never return are ignorant agents. Specifically agent 43147. This lady was just horrible and mean and purposely being this way. As if the customers were just disgusting to her. Waving her hand at them, slamming 8ths on the counter, crumbling the receipt. What a filthy attitude, just disgusting. I wanted to vomit that's how degrading she was. Definitely never returning to this place.

Great prices and selection! Staff is very helpful, too.  The chocolates are tasty and very effective.

Kirsten and the staff here are great. They treat me as part of the community and not just a customer. They have wheel Wednesday where you can spin a wheel for extra discounts like $5 off, 10% or 20% a single item. They also give 15% discounts separately for veterans and people on disability. I’m really glad I’ve gotten to know the staff over my visits and I recommend people check them out, quick in and out.

Been to a few of these places now and the pricing here is far cheaper then competition. Superior products and really friendly and knowledgeable staff keep me coming back to this one. My go-to for cannabist products. Also carries Ozone and a large selection of edibles as well.
