I've always had a great experience here! The last time I was there I explained that I am super prone to getting anxious when I smoke and they recommended an amazing product for me. I'll be going back for it all the time. Super helpful!!!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to customers. Always a great selection and customer service at Good Chem in the Highlands!

Point system is a wash finally cashed out  but not all the employees are as hospitable as one another but if your looking for a $5 preroll this is the place

My favorite part about this visit was being told to step away from the counter while 10 other people leaned over it. LOVE BEING BROWN!

The worst dispensary experience I had while in Denver. The people are rude and entitled. You would think everyone working at a dispensary would be more chill but not them. It's a pretty place to look at but a lot of soccer moms go here and that's nowhere close to who I am as a artist. I took one picture as I was leaving and the lady screamed that there are no pictures. Meanwhile the cashiers said I could take as many pictures as I would like. They need to work on having clear expectations of all staff who work there and a sign that says no pictures if they are that concerned.

The staff is what really has my coming back. I just moved to Colorado and live walking distance from good chemistry. The quality of their inventory is top and they are so kind and are willing to help you purchase something that is right for you. I definitely only come here because i love the family feel there

Loved the staff, the environment and most importantly the prices. The tax wasn't nearly as bad as it is in Massachusetts. Love their products, will definitely be going back.

My go-to since moving to LoHi. Service has always been great. And as you can tell, I am a person of color (aren't we all). I've always been treated professionally. Mask policy has been lifted so hopefully I'll be able to recognize and be recognized. Best bet is to place the order online and then pick it up. But if it's your first time or if you're a novice, then walk in and ask all the questions you can think of. Not much parking in front but a decent amount of places in the rear (pro-tip). I've also never had an issue with quality. It's what's for dinner...

We are in Denver for vacation and came in to see what was offered. Matthew was there and gave us the best run down of the menu and what different things meant on the menu. Matthew also made sure we knew about any deals going on in the store. Amazing, and we plan on coming back before we leave!

Hey guys! I came in for the first time. It was the top of my morning and Matthew D. was so helpful, nice, knowledgeable, relatable, and fun! He took his time and literally talked me through so many products and really made me feel comfortable with my purchase. His coworker joined the conversation at times and it was really one of the best retail experiences purchasing anything that I have had in a long time! I'm definitely enjoying the quality of the products I bought as well. Will definitely return!!!

Ara was super sweet and helpful, give her a raise! This place made me feel welcome from out of town. I will return next time I'm in Denver!

My first time in a dispensary and all I can say is it was amazing! I got helped by a woman named Ara and she was so helpful and really listened to what I needed and helped me every step of the way. It’s a very clean place, with great customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
