Went to Denver on a Quick 3 day weekend excursion and was told "When in Rome"So I did and Kind Love did not disappoint ..Highly Recommend

First time in Denver wouldn't be complete without a trip the dispensary, right? This spot has a great selection of reasonably priced buds, pre-rolls, edibles, and topical products. My bud tender, Aurora, was helpful and patient showcasing products that fit my needs. I came close to closing and Aurora didn't make me feel rushed. I'd definitely recommend for first timers in the area.Note: Their site says they close at midnight on Saturdays. They actually allow their last customer in at 11:45, not 12.

Best joint I've ever bought from a dispensary. No sideburns and a clean smoke filled with quality bud. Oh and honestly every single person I talked to was so freaking dope. Love this place and will probably go no where else. Only place open after I get outta work too, yass batch

I am usually a fan of this dispensary and this location is always worth the drive. Today is Christmas Eve and I know it's a tough time to be working but I also know that no one should be treated this horribly when simply making a purchaseI walked into this location and the front desk woman was extremely rude towards me. I tried to make small talk with her as she checked my ID & she made me feel as if I shouldn't have been there. When inquiring about the holiday hours she was giving me attitude and I asked her not to speak to me like that. She responded with mutters but I heard the b-word come out of her mouth. I asked what's her name and she quickly spouted back "what's your name??" I walked out immediately after I got my ID back.I shouldn't have to say it but, I will never be coming back to this location and I'm going to make it a deal for my friends never to go here either.

I hate to leave such a negative review because I am not a negative person at all but I do feel like 2 stars accurately reflects my experience with kind love. The store is nice, customer service reps are friendly, but the pre rolls were packed SO tight that they were unsmokeable.

The staff at kind love were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, helping us find exactly what we wanted. Will come back anytime we are in the area.

I used to love this spot, not anymore. Very rude budtender. The last 3 times I've been there I've had the same guy. He acts like he doesn't want to be there and is rude when you ask him questions. Told me I should've ordered online when I asked for information on strains, terrapins, etc. Everyone else is really nice though.

Very cute little store, feels organic right, and NOT commercial. We came in on a Saturday morning and they had a really friendly helpful staff.  Shoutout to Max, the GM who went above and beyond answering our questionsThe selection was great and they do run specials on different products throughout the week.

Literally the only place in Denver where it still takes 20-45 minutes to just PICK UP the order you placed ONLINE when you get there! Like an online order should be an in & out scenario even WITH covid precautions taken? Just my observation. Don't come here at all anymore since this new timeline for pick ups and I have no problems anywhere else.

I've been coming into here for quite a few years and this dispensary consistently has the best selection and variety of Concentrates to choose from.  The bud tenders have also been been very knowledgeable and I like their point system for cashback. Definitely a cool atmosphere and overall dispensary

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. For how slow and unorganized of an operation they are  running it's shocking they charge the prices they do. I went with a friend who got a green dot cartridge, that's right 1 cartridge. And we were waiting for a solid 30 minutes with maybe 3 ppl in front of us in line. Only for the girl "working the door" to be like "oh whoops that's who we were missing" when he gave his name to the dude 25 min prior. Clearly I'm all for smoking weed but don't do it at work if you can't run a somewhat coherent operation and communicate with fellow employees . Ppl are nice but if I'm waiting for 30 min for a cartridge that gets old pretty quick

First time in Denver this weekend, and this was the first dispensary I went to. It was fantastic.Service was very helpful, they managed a busy noon rush on 4/20 with no sweat. I was expecting to wait 30 mins with the crowd size in there, but only waited like 5. Prices were fair. Product was quality. Came back on Sunday, same story. It wasn't busy, but again, very nice and helpful staff. Can't speak on atmosphere as that's the only dispo I've even been to, but I had a great experience.

My boyfriend and I came out to Denver for the first time to Celebrate his birthday and enjoy some great 420 products. After much research, i decided to make Kind Love my first stop. It ended up being my only dispensary stop. They were amazing ! That was our first stop fresh off the flight. After showing proper identification, my boyfriend and I were warmly greeted by Dustin. We told him what we were there for and what we were looking for. He gave my boyfriend a pre rolled celebratory joint (which was awesome!) & recommended great nug, vape & tincture. He explained a few things to us that we could use much clarity on. He was a very informative bud tender. SO INFORMATIVE, that he was able to help me purchase something that would help sooth my EXCRUCIATING menstrual cramps. He gave many options before i settled on the right one. Thanks Dustin! My boyfriend made another stop there in between my trip to pick up some of Whoopi & Maya's THC Epsom Salt (BEST PRODUCT I HAVE TRIED FOR MY PAIN BTW) & also, we made a stop there right before our flight to enjoy some treats. There was a female bud tender in there and i am SO UPSET that i forgot her name because she was AMAZING! Her personality is A1 & she has SO MUCH information about a lot of things. She was able to suggest a sour gummy candy (which i LOVED, perfect for my flight) & some CannaPunch which was great too! She most certainly put the cherry on top to end our trip swell. Thank you to her, I'm so sorry i can't remember her name!All in all i recommend Kind Love to anyone. It was a great experience every time i went in. And it wasn't because i can just walk into a dispensary and purchase legal marijuana, I've also visited California and have experienced this as well, but Kind Love's customer service is genuinely great. I'll be going back whenever i return to Denver. Thanks guys!

Personally, I would only come for the clones and the bud. I usually don't buy concentrates here because there are much better spots around town for a med patient. However, against my better judgement, I bought a gram of Golden Goat yesterday (having seen that the display Goat was a nice golden shatter), only to get home and discover a brown sugar. The difference was night and day so I called up Kind Love to let them know I had gotten the bait-and-switch and a guy named Ron tells me he will look into it and call me back. I got a call today and he told me that there is nothing they can do. Because there IS something they can do, I award three stars.Their redeeming qualities are a decent clone selection and good buds.Pro tip: Always check your bag before you leave.

I've been a medical member at Kind Love for a few years. I have never had a negative experience here. The staff is so friendly and they have the best flower! They offer good deals each month. Before I switched to Kind Love, the medical dispensaries I used consistently had a smaller & smaller selection of flower until finally being phased out totally. Not at Kind Love! I placed an order on line yesterday for pick up and there were so many strains to choose from. Their house brand (Kama) also makes awesome edibles. And I have never received any flower that was lighter in weight than what I was paying for. I did just read a review from someone who was upset with how long it took to pick up an on line order. They felt it should be all packaged up & ready to go when you walk in the door. I figure they don't do that because people probably place orders and then don't show up. When I went yesterday to pick up my order, I only had to wait about 10 mins max, while they packaged up 8 separate eights of flower and some other stuff. That was totally reasonable to me. Especially considering how dispensaries have had to really work hard to be COVID compliant. As an older dude (69) with health issues, I feel totally comfortable there. I've been to many dispensaries since medical weed was legalized in CO, and Kind Love is simply THE BEST!

Everyone was super friendly and happy to help but Jenn was the expert that we had the pleasure of working with. Really great prices and definitely will be stopping back!!

Not a fan of leaving a bad review for kind love because they truly care about their quality and have amazing products.However I bought a bunk greendot cartridge, which I've never had happen out of 50+ greendot pens I've purchased.. I tell everyone they're the best cart in the game and I still think this.. However I bought a bunk cart from kind love last week and after which I called them and left a note with a girl who took my message and said she would give it to the manager who was busy at the time. I never got a call back. For how much these carts cost I'd expect some kind of call back, I'd of been glad to bring the cart and receipt back but yeah, didn't call me back. Would be glad to still work this out with you guys. Thanks.

Such a cute little store! This was my first time in Denver so I wasn't sure what dispensaries are good in this area. I saw that this place had great reviews on Yelp so my friend and I decided to come here. The staff were all super friendly, especially the girl that helped us pick out products. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Denver

Visited Kind Love this weekend and I loved it! It was a quick and easy trip. The entire staff that I encountered along the way through were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They had a wide range of products that were nicely categorized on the menu. Would definitely visit again!

I spend a lot of money and my last trip their I felt disrespected by my bud tender. I bought 16 green dot carts and needed a battery (if you buy the flavor packs you typically get a batter pack free) and she made me buy the 2 I needed. Spending 700+ on carts you'd think it'd be no problem. Month later went again last night and had a great experience. Spent 1,200 plus between my gf and I. When leaving without think hey I need to buy 2 batteries and he gave them to me for free! Place redeemed and love their GMO Cookies!

kind love is my favorite dispensary and I always feel at home when I come here ! They always have the best selection and the best quality and even sale prices! You won't be disappointed!

I am new to the medical mj scene, and decided to come here first, based on the rave reviews I heard about their products.Everyone was super nice to me! Jess, the bud tender on the med side was very patient and helpful breaking some things down for me. Definitely looking forward to going back as I try to find the right products!I had a bit of a confusing time finding the place's parking lot. It appears like it is in the next door hotel's lot on google maps, but it can be accessed from the PetSmart side as well.  Lots of stairs because it's in an old building.

I guess CO dispensaries weigh out the packaging with the product or they just want to skim some off the top of customers. The taxes are already high and you don't even get the actual weight of what you're buying. I bought a 1/4 and my product weighs out an entire 3.5g short. Pretty ridiculous.

Came back again on my recent trip to Denver and John was so helpful yet again. Great product selection and prices, and great resources to answer all my questions. Don't hesitate to check out Kind Love when you're in Denver or Cherry Creek!

I had a terrible experience with Mary Elizabeth- I wish I could be "kinder" but she needs some training.  I am a newbie and had a lot of questions and found her to be condescending, rude, impatient and she could not explain the  difference in strains.  Most bud tenders can look at strain and tell you if the strain is super strong based on thc or if it will be very racy etc.  She cud not answer anything beyond it's an indica or sativa ??  Her answer to every question was it's hard to say it effects everyone different.  Other dispensaries I have been to are much more welcoming to beginners and can give you insight on each product.

I have been to a few of the dispensaries around town and I came across Kind Love through yelp because they are one of the few rockstar dispensaries that will stay open until 12am (major kudos). Kind Love is one of the nicer atmosphere stores that offers a nice variety of strains, yet has some of the best in edible options that I have seen so far.Usually when one goes to a business close to closing time, one can see the annoyance on the employee's face or will be whistling the tune to the Semisonic song; but Mr. Jake, my budtender, was just as welcoming and helpful as he would have been at any other time.My tip to first-timers is that you get to Kind Love through the PetSmart parking lot off Alameda Ave., not the one by the Extended Stay Hotel.Happy growing,Ben

Kind love dispensary was a great experience! This is the first dispensary I have ever been to and they made me feel extremely comfortable the whole time! The tender was really happy and helpful! Plus the recommendations they gave were perfect! 100% recommend this place for any one looking for a good helpful judge-free experience

Never thought I'd come to Co and enter a dispensary I didn't like, I was wrong. After 9pm there are a few places open including Kind Love which was the total opposite of how the bud tender less than welcomed me. I was there just for a rerolled joint for the end of the night which was my birthday and like most places thy give you a joint for a penny. She unenthusiastically told me about the penny joint as she did nothing to help me while making a choice on my purchase. All she offered me was a 10 pack of pre rolled joints for $40 and come to smoke them, they were dry weak and a total waste of $40.01 as the birthday joint was just was drab. Won't make the mistake returning here based on hospitality alone.

This place that I've always seen on the corner of Alameda and Leetsdale there's a place I wish I would have tried years ago. They have the most beautiful live resin and flower. Their customer service is excellent all staff was knowledgeable helpful and gave great recommendations. The cookies and cream is quite tasty the Lucinda Williams is yummy but the berries and cream resin is a thing of beauty. This place maybe higher than your normal dispensary but oh you will know what you paid for!!!

My husband and I are in town for the weekend and stopped by Kind Love on our way to our hotel. I had found them on Yelp and so happy we decided to stop in. We showed up around 11pm on Wednesday night. We waited for a few minutes before our budtender got to us. Not bad! We kind of already knew what we wanted, but had a few questions. Our budtender was very friendly and informative. I explained my nerve condition and he recommended an in house lotion. We also picked up some other items to try and have yet to be disappointed. I have never been to a dispensary before, Kind Love was the perfect spot. I didn't feel awkward and the environment was relaxing. So thankful I found these guys! We will definitely be back! Don't forget cash!

First time in a pot shop alone. I never felt so welcomed and helped the way I was when I arrived here. Even though I'm pretty clueless about marijuana in general they didn't make me feel like I should know. Long story short this place was worth the drive (less than 20 mins lol) because how awesome their customer service is.

Come on guys!!!The sign, website, and EVEN yelp says 12... midnight, but when you get to the store says closed at 1145!!!I work late nights in the service industry, so finding a place that stays open late, AND that is in my new neighborhood, I THOUGHT would be amazing!BUT sadly, my little heart was smashed to pieces, when I arrived at 1146 (!!!), to find the door locked!!! Just wanted a pre roll, and some cbd oil... AND YOU TO BE OPEN WHEN YOU SAID YOU WOULD BE!!!Seriously... if you lock the doors at 1145, say it some where, common curtesy.

Kind Love is my new favorite dispensary. Aurora is always friendly and knowledgeable on all their products which makes shopping so smooth! There's a wide selection of options and all at great prices. Their cartridge selection is the best in town too. I regret not shopping here sooner. Comfortable setting and an easily accessible location. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at Kind Love.

Great experience for my first time in a dispensary. Medicinal is downstairs, recreational is upstairs... Be sure to have your ID. Super clean place with tons of choices. The lady who helped us was really knowledgable, friendly, and funny. We bought a couple of joints and the affogato edibles. Wow!! Talk about delicious chocolate!! Highly recommend. However, the recommendation is 10 mg.. My sister and I found that was too much for us so I would recommend start with half that if you aren't used to edibles.. Especially on an empty stomach. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Colorado again. High quality and very affordable!!

Total crap!Don't go there!Bought a couple clones and the girl at the counter assured me that they would replace them if they died within a week. Well...they didn't make it so I went there after calling them to make sure that they would give me two replacements. The manager said no but he would give me 10% off if I wanted to buy more. I should have went to lacontes! They guarantee there clones for 30 days. Kind love my ass! There all about the money!!

Great quality at a fair price. Wide range of options all of which are top notch. Friendly, helpful staff are also standard. I would highly recommend the flower if that's what you normally like.

This place is all kinds of wonderful!!!! Everything you need in one place. They will even mix and customize strands to give you exact pleasure or relief that you're looking for. I visited on 4/20 so they had specials of all kinds and even had outdoor vendors selling paraphernalia in front of the shop. They owner had food trucks and charged half price to customers became of the long wait. Great place and people.

THIS PLACE SUCKS DON'T GO ANWHERE ELSE IN DENVER BUT HERE. I wouldn't have even given them a star if yelp didn't make me click at least 1 before writing a review. I went in to buy and ounce and they charge $150 BEFORE tax and $13 for ONE JOINT. I was ok with paying the price since I figured it was good weed. I bought a joint and they filled it 75% and it won't even smoke after "massaging it" like the bud tender told me to. Such bs never going back everyone was nice tho..

Who knew the local elderly come here to relieve their aches and pains.  Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient.  I think they should have dispensary's at all nursing homes.

Kind Love used to be so great. There seems to be a change in attitude towards doing what's right. They're more focused on making money. Their biggest offense is selling 15% THC weed as connoisseur level, when, their other strains are twice as potent. I feel ripped off by them. They also implemented a new reward system which is is a real rip off. If you get anything on sale, you don't get point credits for them. When they used the punch card, they gave you credit for every sale. It's also very tacky, considering that some of their sales are based on customers donating things - like I donated a bag of clothes to their clothing drive and they gave a discount for that - but, no points.They are having serious issues keeping their shelves stocked with their best products and their standards (you can get weed with 15% THC anywhere in the city for $100 with a med card). I've spoken to them about it and they are not receptive to hearing constructive criticism. I was told that they're tired of hearing the same complaints. I spoke to the manager who promised me that he'd get back to me today. It never happened. I was unfriended on FB by someone who works there, so, I guess, in Kind Love's eyes, I'm now a villain because I dared to complain about how they keep lowering the bar on service and product. It's like they're in a bubble and don't realize what they're doing to their patients. Instead, they will vilify the patient for being disappointed in how they've declined in quality of product and quality of service.When the manager of Kind Love saw my review on FB, he flipped out on my banned me from the store and took away my store credit that they owed me.  The manager is a 26 year old kid who is more concerned with his ego than anything.  I even called the owner, who is a billionaire who has nothing to do with the day to day operations, and he said he thought his managers were being ridiculous and petty.  However, it hasn't changed anything so far. They still stole my credit. The owner is a very nice, rich, elderly man - but, his employees don't really do what he tells them because he's never around the business.  Apparently, his children don't like that he's associated with marijuana, so, he keeps a very low profile.Please send me a message if you've had a bad experience with Kind Love and I'll give you the owner's home phone number to call.  He's really the only mature, professional person in the company, sadly.  The management is a bunch of young kids who aren't mature enough to handle this job.

My wife and I were introduced to Kind Love by a friend during a recent visit.The experience was cool and we obtained what we had visited for.  The staff seemed a bit stressed, but it WAS 4-20 week, ha!

Hand down the best weed in Denver. You will not change my mind on this. Go here if you want quality products at a fair price and a friendly staff.

This was a fantastic experience here! They gave us great advice and for the right price! Definitely will be coming back here. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed and I can't wait to try the edibles because the selection is great!

I was sadly diagnosed with arthritis.  My doctor recommended CBD tinctures and edibles.  I was reluctant at first, but ventured off to Kind Love.  I just liked their name.  Their "bud tender", yes they really them bud tenders, recommended Sweet Mary Jane edibles because they are the most reliable in terms of consistency, flavor, and potency.  I'm so glad they recommended Sweet Mary Jane since I heard some crazy stories about other edibles.  So far, I've only eaten a maximum of 25 mg, and it has helped tremendously with pain.   Extra added bonus I sleep well at night.

Awesome people. Awesome buds. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and the products are top notch. They have a great rewards program, and some sweet specials throughout the week, too. What else can you ask for? If you're shopping elsewhere, you're doing it wrong. These guys clearly care, and it shows. Show them some Love!

Stopped in and 1ST the parking situation is kinda confusing, U actually park in the far corner of pets mart!! 2ND Great presentation okay prices! concentrates are kinda pricey but must remember it's based on Quality! I tried the mendo breath flower! Absolutely delicious!! My bud tender was knowledgeable but shy!!! Def recommend visiting and trying some flowers for the $!! 40$ 1/8 for top shelf... I can swing that!!!

We went in and talked to the budtenders about what we should purchase. They were helpful with their flower section, but when we mentioned vegan edibles, we took their suggestions only to get home and see that both contained dairy! Now my boyfriend is super bummed because he can't eat them. I guess you need to double check the ingredients instead of assuming they can read their chart correctly.

Basically the only dispensary open this late in Denver. Great selection, the budtenders know their stuff. Location is a little hard to find on Google Maps, but parking is in the same lot as the petco, so not terribly difficult to find the second time around.Will totally come back next time I'm in town. Great service, great product.

I also had a copy of my Regular ID and had my temporary ad I was waiting on my new one in the mail , and they wouldn't let me use it. shorty customer service , but good weed at decent reasonable prices

I'm not sure my opinion counts seeing how I'm not a smoker and this is my first ever dispensary visit... But, I had a great time being a tourist! Lots of interesting things to look at. I love how the "budtenders" go into great details in the explaining the experience for those who have no idea. I'm brave enough to admit I'm trying my first ever edible. I don't feel anything yet but perhaps idk what to look for. Taste great! I got the affagato flavored candy bar. Comes with 10 squares and each is a basic serving. Idk if that helps anyone but it's definitely something to check out and cross off your bucket list.

After 3 years of dispensary hopping in and around Denver I was directed to try Kind Love and it has become my medical dispensary. Good product, good people work there, near the Denver VA, and they treat me well. There is a Veterans discount and a reward program for their customers. Tip:  the medical room closes at 7pm, the recreational room is open till midnight. The special of the day is only for the medical card holders.

Kind Love was one of the first dispensaries in Denver, and they are by far the best.They always have what I want or need, and they have a really big selection. I neveer go any of the other dispensaries, this is where I belong!

This was an amazing spot! I went to this shop twice and was able to get quick service both times they had some killer deals and had the best strain in my opinion in the whole state! Alien Rock Candy! I was able to buy an 1/8 on the Monday before we were leaving and it came with a deal! The budtenders were nice both times we went there and seemed to point me to the right direction as far as which strain was good for my specific needs. Plenty of parking, friendly service, and really good weed makes this dispensary one of the best in Denver. Strains I tried: Alien Rock Candy, Blue Dream, Stardawg.

Fantastic selection and very friendly staff. This was my first visit to a dispensary so of course I was a little overwhelmed. He staff were friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. I was looking for something specific and they went out of their way to find it. I felt the quality of the products was great and the pricing was very reasonable. Great selections to choose from! Aesthetically I loved the building! Very welcoming and the location and parking made it very comfortable to walk in to what could be an uncomfortable visit for a first timer.

Cali was absolutely amazing. Sweet human that made the experience really kind. Is a little complicated to find the entrance but over all darling spot that I'll def be revisiting.

How can I begin to explain my experience at Kind Love, as comforting as your loving parents, as respectful as a golden star child; This place is home. First thing which I think is the best is seperation of Med/Rec. Med downstairs, Rec upstairs. Being that the other couple with me was Med and I was Rec, we parted ways. My fear of being "ripped off" was there, but after a few exchange of words with Anthony, my doubts disappeared. I am a self proclaimed elitist, and there was not one employee I could look at that didn't seem like he was in the right place at the right time. Hands down, best dispensary in Colorado. Never disappointed !

We were visiting from New Jersey and overall had a very simple and pleasant experience. The service was excellent and the staff very knowledgeable. They carry some amazing products and very reputable brands which made it very easy to pick what I wanted.  The flowers are very solid and burn super clean. I highly recommend ARC which happens to be one of the stores number one flowers.

This is the only dispensary that was open late at the time we visit. They had everything from tree to edibles. Affordable. The staffs were knowledgeable and friendly. They only accept cash.

The girl that helped us out didn't know anything about the products available. I asked if they had certain products and she only told me of about three and after purchasing one of those I saw that they had more selections in a different case. I would have purchased those instead if she had told me that they were there. She also sold my boyfriend the wrong strain! (Didn't notice till we got home) We didn't want the cherry limeade but the one that the other employee suggested. Although I feel somewhat responsible for not looking around more and taking her knowledge at face value, I still feel a bit screwed over. The reason this place gets two stars from me is because the other employee was great. I forgot his name otherwise I would have given him a shout out.

Rude, over bearing staff too caught up in their implicit bias to treat me with kindness and love. All I received while visiting your establishment was hate and disdain.  I had a perfectly valid (temporary CA Driver's License) WITH photo ID, and was told it would not suffice. Let's just say their competitor treated me like a human being, took the time to inspect my documents and determined quite quickly my credentials were authentic. Now that's how a customer should be treated. You've got a few lessons to learn Kind Love. If you're going to have a moniker like "Kind Love", you may want to actually show some kindness and love in the execution of your policies and procedures. Needless to say, I will not be back next time I'm in Denver.

Was in Denver about 2 months ago and decided to go to kind love because they accept credit cards. Tigers milk was dank as hell and all there stuff smelled good. If in that area everyone should go there

Easily one of my favorite, if not my favorite dispo in Denver. Prices are a little bit on the steep side but I'm a firm believer that you always get what you pay for, and weed is no exception. The quality of Kind Love's flowers and concentrates are, in my opinion, some of the best in Denver. The budtenders are always super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products. The wait is usually not very long, and most of all they're DOG FRIENDLY!!!

First of all my Budtender was Jake; Absolutely great choice for a medical/recreational Dispensary. The flower here is fire, and the shatter could act as a stand in for the glass in the Windex commercial were the bird flies into the window. They maintain great customer service every time I visit (nearly everyday). Finally, they have anything you could want from flower to concentrates to medibles to tinctures, balms, papers, pre-rolls etc... to even include clones of many popular strains! Love this place and you should too.

I changed my mind about Kind Love...because they've changed their policies towards LOYAL LONG TERM PATIENTS. I have been a faithful customer & member at KL for almost 5 years! In 5 years I have shopped at other dispensaries only a handful of times...most of which I was too far or out of town to make it to KL.I spend more on pot every month than my rent!What first drew me to kind love was the fact that they were so close to my home they had excellent bud great customer service and wonderful member incentives.Everything but the quality of the bud has gone downhill.Seems like since they went Rec they've hired a lot of new people... some of whom are VERY rude. And show total lack of consideration & respect to customers who have been going there for years. Secondly it also seems they have gotten extremely greedy. I used to buy a bottle of the house made CBD lotion every month for 40 bucks. One day I went in and there were bottles HALF the size of the original bottle I used to purchase for the SAME exact price! How do you (overnight!!) double the price? After years of having the same price?Thirdly after 5-6 years of paying their high prices they started having sale prices on small buds/shake( which is technically not really a sale you're paying for Shake instead of big buds). That's great for someone like me that spends so much money at kind love. So I started taking advantage of the "sale" prices and then I found out that if I did I would be punished for it!Imagine that punished for spending your money loyally at this place! And what I mean by this is if you purchase these "sale" items you do not receive any points (MEMBERS RECIEVE)that you can use towards purchasing in the store. So it's basically almost pointless being a member at this Clinic... as you receive no benefits if you choose to purchase their cheaper items. Seems like this is turning into a dispensary for only the super rich. I don't know about you but I work hard for my money to be treated like that! And it makes me feel like there's no point in being a member at kind love.So I think I'm going to find another dispensary, to be a member, where I'm actually appreciated & get benefits instead of being punished for spending my money with them!Yes their bud is still good and yes there are still some nice people that work there that's why I gave two stars. Would I still shop there? yes, on rare occasions. will I continue to be a member? More than likely NO! I'm currently searching for another dispensary to join. And kind love will sadly have to go from being my go-to dispensary 2 one of the few handfuls of visits I do over the years.Sorry KL I just can't support a business who does not support it's loyal members! Decent looking shop with decent product. The problem is their system for transacting. I had a long wait for two things that weren't weed related but I had to wait for three people before me while they sat there at the ATM machine attempting to extract cash. I think this place just needs a better protocol for transacting to avoid those unnecessary delays. I live right next to the shop so it dismays me that I can't rely on it. This is the third time in the final time this has happened to me here at this location. Too bad because this was conveniently located. Much like their neighbors; large, corporate, and not much care (ironically).

Kind Love was a great experience for my first time at a dispensary. I so wish I remembered my Budtenders name because she was funny, helpful and patient with me. I got a pre-roll of a sativa strain called Durban Poison and sour gummies. Wasn't a huge fan of the gummies they had a weird taste (probably bc they were grape and tangerine ) but the pre roll did exactly as my budtender said it would. It relaxed me and gave me a mellow, non sleepy high. Perfect for right after my plane trip. The store set up was nice, with menus to glance over while you waited to be assisted. My only tip/advice for first time users would be to enter through the Pet Smart lot and bring cash. It isn't a crazy fee for the ATM but that $3 could be used towards your purchase. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

It doesn't close at 12.. it closes at 11:45. I got there at 11:48 and they wouldn't let me in to grab a pre-roll. It's a beautiful place, but a little over priced and not accommodating to visitors. But they got some good weed. And I'll be back. Before 11:45.

Always attentive and helpful staff. Wish they stuck with their straight up "kind love" brand of edibles. The Kama only offers hybrid blends, and I use the indica specific for my sleep issues. However, that's my only complaint. I've been visiting them for quite some time and will continue to do so!! Best Dispensary in town by a long shot! They beat the other top 5 shops in the Denver Metro area by leagues! The other shops are hit & miss from strain to strain, but Kind Love is very consistent at staying at the high end of the scale. There buds taste great from the first spark til the last, unlike the shops out there that use non-organics and don't flush the flower properly. And There fresh resin is the highest quality as well. Always have the top of the line selection. Love this place! If you can tell me of a better place I would love to hear about it.

First time in Denver so we were overwhelmed with the dispensary choices to say the least but a las some good word of mouth some yelling and we set out for Kind Love! I am an ex The Clinic customer. I always thought The Clinic was a great place until coming here. Kind Love delivers a perfect product with fantastic customer service. The place is very cool and clean. Prices are a little higher than some but you get what you pay for. I will gladly spend more to be treated with respect, have employees that are genuinely happy to have me as a customer and get home with a product that never disappoints.

I love this dispensary. Everyone is incredibly nice and polite, the flower is always tasty and potent and its close to home for me. The concentrates are great! I had some gorilla glue budder and it was well worth it. Definitely try the Bordello and Alien Rock Candy. Overall, Kind Love has some of the best tasting flower in town.

Hands down best dispensary in Colorado! They always have the best flower and even if I cant afford it full price they always have awesome deals. Gives new meaning to the term Top Shelf.  This is the kind of place you hope everyone else doesn't find out about.  Oops!  Last time I was in, I picked up a strain that was something like 35% THC.  Unbelievable!  Nice shop, too.  The location/parking are a little weird, but figure it out!  It's well worth it!

Kind Love used to represent the tippy top shelf, the best quality. Your emphasis used to be on producing super high quality medicine. It is obvious you've had changes in your grow and in your ownership and honestly, I hate to see another shop that is owned by someone that doesn't know about cannabis or really care about it. The quality has dropped significantly (holy foxtails) and I can't imagine you opening a rec shop in addition to your med is going to make things any better. It is a damn shame. I won't be back.

Excellent staff, I had a lot of questions due to stomach issues and a missing finger that causes me a lot of pain. I also have sleeping issues and the staff had ideas for every one of my problems.  Spent over an hour at the counter asking questions, the budtender had an answer to everything. They handled in a professional manner, on top of that they had very kind attitude, the store was well organized, and they offer more pure cbd products  than anyone else. I've been to a lot of medicinal shops and none of them have this kind of service or quality of product, I highly recommend!

Simply put, this place is great. The thing that surprises me most is that literally every single strain of flower (on the med side at least) is ridiculously nice. I am used to dispensaries having 3-4 really nice strains, but at Kind Love, they have at least 15 strains (as of the time of writing this review - YMMV depending on stock) that are ALL the double dankness. Good service, very good price for the quality (on the med side). Don't let the odd location and odd building mislead you - the place is very nice inside with comfy leather seating, flatscreen TVs, and music. And bomb product. I flip-flop between flower and concentrates, and while their concentrates are expensive, they are made from great flower that you can investigate yourself to get an idea of how the concentrates look.

My first time in Colorado and this was my absolute favors place. The staff are so awesome, the prices are great, and they're open until midnight (on the Rec side). I was impressed with the selection compared to most dispensaries, and the quality is definitely top shelf. I will most definitely be visiting them again before I leave, and during my next trip!

Not a great experience when I went.  I bought some Sour Tangie full of herme seeds, no wonder it was on special.  Things like that show the intent to deceive. The interior was nice but the greeter was singing along to Selena Gomez songs on the radio like it was a karaoke competition which got really annoying after about ten minutes of waiting.  Finally what struck me as odd was they only had about 7 or 8 tiny jars of herb to show.  This is an entire store dedicated to the sale of cannabis and cannabis products and they only had a few baby jars of weed to actually show.  Ridiculous!!!  I don't expect to see a pound of every strain but come on.  With so many choices I won't return.

Dont tell me im getting wax for a deal when I am getting $10 off live reson, it is misleading to first timers. If it was a mistske tell your customer. It is better to make an honest mistake than lie or not know the product. They have all relevant edibles. Great looking place great display on all accounts. I think they are getting a bad deal on igadi LR or you are marking it up to high. Many other places have better prices just a little further away. Customer service was excellent otherwise.

Got a chance to check this place out after the positive vibes I've heard. Must admit what sent me in their direction is the their rec hours. They are open until 12midnight and I just happened to be out so I headed over. Parking lot is shared with the Petco but the stores location is pretty cool being inside the old "Golds Gym" building in the NE corner of the lot.Staff was very friendly and helpful and didn't pressure us to buy in any general direction or sale. There store was very clean and the music wasn't blaring. It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of pos stations to serve customers and plenty of space so you didn't feel jammed in the shop. Well organized and store didn't seem to be in chaos like other pot shops in town trying to make a profit. We will be back! Thanks to Kind Love for being OPEN LATE - Lifesavers indeed :)

This place is as top shelf as it gets.  I was a member at another place before CO went Rec-thier priorities changed so I had to find a new place that still cares about card holders.so glad I did b/c I became a member here- Im so glad that Kindlove has chosen to stay medical only-Thank you! Their products are show off quality and there customer service is outstanding- always. I've never felt rushed at all. If you need clones, get them here-healthy.

Long waits and really overpriced products.  Their extracts start at $65 a gram not including tax.  That price is laughable.  Go to any of the other dispensaries literally in the same parking lot to avoid these inflated prices.

My boyfriend and I went into Kind Love late last night, somewhere he normally loves to shop. He specifically wanted to go to this dispensary last night so he would get a nice gram for what he was looking to spend ($50). The lady that was helping us did not know anything about the products she was selling! There is nothing worse than going into a dispensary (a pricey one at that), and the employees not knowing what they are selling at all, or not able to answer questions about their own product. My boyfriend ended up spending $76 on a live resin gram. Normally, we wouldn't mind spending that much if it was worth every last penny. This gram was terrible. The concentrate was all over the jar, the lid, making us unable to get our full gram. We will not be coming back to Kind Love again. The staff did not know what they were doing, or about their products, and the concentrates are way over priced for bad storage, and not being able to get the entire gram.

I am very disappointed with this place, the quality of the product was pretty good but the wait time was ridiculous and as well as the prices. They are selling a craft brand concentrate for $48 where every other medical place sells for $30 that carries craft. This place is not patient based for their medical patients, which reflects in their prices, they are profit based... I was charged double what I'm used to paying from three other medical dispensaries for the same brand of concentrates, this place ought to be ashamed for charging medical patients those prices and making those kind of margins. This will be the last time I ever step foot in this dispensary, ripoff report. If you're reading this review and would like to know which three dispensaries I am talking about, please feel free to private message me I will relay the correct place to shop to get the best deal for the best quality. Recreational CBD access for people at REC side on 2nd floor is amazing. Staff is kind and well informed. Made me feel confident in my purchases. They take their time to produce a top quality product that is worth putting their name on. That means a lot to me. I suggest Kind Love to any marijuana user in the state. Their flower and concentrates are out of this world.

I have been a member there since august of last year. Their products are amazing, from bud to edibles. Never had a problem there until I recently went in to grab some edibles particularly the incredibles cherry 1:1 CBD. They have menus inside their main room and have all their products and prices listed. When I asked for the Incredibles cherry CBD, they told me the price was actually about $25, not the $10.25 member price that was listed on all their menus including right here on Weed Maps (I think its actually $11.50 for non-member) The bud tender asked the manager if she could match the price on the menu, surprisingly he said no. Is it not the stores fault for putting the incorrect price, not only on one menu, but all the menus in the store including Weed Maps? I thought it was a pretty low blow to treat a consumer who has been extremely loyal to a store ( spent upwards of a $1000 since becoming a member) to not even cut me some slack of a couple dollars because of their mistake. It just shows how the store truly treats their loyal costumers even when its completely the staffs fault for incorrectly pricing the item. Something so simple now making me wonder whether there are greener pastures someplace else

This was a great dispensary. Head upstairs for the recreational section, check in with security and than get to shopping. They have menus to look at, and you can see the products in the displays. Clones are cute and all looked very lively. The guy we had as our cashier was very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and informative. All staff was friendly and were all just looking to help people get the best products they were searching for. Very wide selection of products, and a large room to walk around and check it all out. Parking is the only downfall. Only a few spots to park, and a very tight fit. Especially since they were tearing apart the petsmart parking right next door. But, it's worth the trip in to this dispensary. Good customer service can change so much, and they made sure every customer felt welcomed, and they weren't too high to function as I noticed in some other dispenseries. It's a top rated shop for a reason! Keep up the good work

There isnt a better place in Colorado. Best weed in town hands down. Though some not super potent, the flavors are always on point. They also carry green dot and viola extract which is the best. As far as the bud tenders on the medical side. They are all grade A.

The best dispensary in the Denver area I have been to by far. It's nice to see a place that actually cares about their patients medical needs. The staff is amazing. Every time I visit I know that I can depend on the knowledgeable bud-tenders to give me fantastic recommendations for my medical condition. Kind love was my first ever legal weed dispensary experience.  It was a bit overwhelming since back in Ohio you just get a bag and maybe a name and hope it's good.  We're not used to sativa vs indica, hybrids and all that.  Our bud tender was helpful and very friendly and willing to explain everything so that was nice. She kinda recommended everything so it made me suspicious they just wanted to upsell. The edibles I purchased tasted great but the effect was underwhelming, the baklava tasted awesome but didn't really have an intense effect.  The suckers were my favorite, they gave a nice body warming buzz. If you have any tolerance whatsoever you should eat more than you'd expect. Also purchased some pre rolled joints, they looked awesome but burned terribly, we tried and tried to keep em from running and getting clogged but had no luck, ended up wasting half of it and didn't get any higher than the stuff I get back in illegal ohio. We had better luck tearing the thing apart and re rolling. I'm not saying it's all their fault but in my honest opinion I was a little disappointed. I almost wonder if the legal stuff is not as strong or something.  The convenience is why I give 3 stars, they were nice, not super expensive either.

Great quality, great selections, good specials. My favorites are the gorilla glue and the Tahoe.

Went to kind love 10 till midnight, thought it was open 24/7. Saw the sign saying open till midnight, what luck I'm here just in time. Went to the door it was locked, ring the buzzer, no response waited a while and ring the buzzer again, still no response. Went back to my car to get my phone, 1154 on the phone, called kind love, guy answers, tell him the doors locked, he says it's because we're closed. I said come on man its 5 minutes till and I've been out here since 10 till. He says they close at 11:45 because you can't possibly get upstairs where they're located and complete a transaction before midnight. I told him I know exactly what I want, and after telling him, conveniently they don't have any more pre rolls. I asked him why do they say they're open till midnight if they're not going to serve until midnight, he just says have a good weekend and hangs up. I look at all the other reviews and customer service is always an issue there. I don't spend money where people treat me like s***. Won't be back, not even before 11:45

These guys are the bomb dot com! Open late with a great, inviting, and friendly environment.  The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.  Can't wait to visit you guys soon!

Best bud and concentrates. They Always have Deals especially on the med side. I can say I have been around to many places. This is a place with all around goodness.  When you smell the bud smack your nose. That's Nice.

The best Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in town! Cozy atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, security on staff. The medicine is Top shelf, each strain has its unique smell,and taste. Another plus is that the medicine is never touched by human hands keeping the medicine beautiful.They offer free water,and reading material on medical marijuana. This place is fabulous but on the pricier side. The bud-tenders are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I do wish they carried the edi-pure edibles or more candy options as opposed to baked good. I'm gluten free and although they carry some gluten free options that are baked goods, they don't last (storage) as long as candies do. I do wish there weren't so many restrictions on quantity when purchasing green, most limits were 2 grams. Either way I'll definitely be back! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Kind Love is easily my favorite MMJ.  Their strains are all properly classified and you always find some of the best quality product in the state.  The staff is knowledgeable about everything they carry and are very helpful with any questions you may have for just about anything.  Granted the prices are a little higher than most places, they have many loyalty programs to save money and it's comforting knowing the quality is consistant every visit.   I regularly medicate, and when I do, I prefer Kind Love's nugs.

Without a doubt, one of the best dispensaries in Colorado!!  A warm and inviting interior houses some of the highest quality MMJ, edibles, concentrates, clones and accessories available.  The selection is extensive and the prices are very reasonable.  The staff at Kind Love are crazy knowledgeable and super nice!  If you check this place out once, you'll be hooked.

This place is great.  They helped me through the entire process and were very patient as this was all new for me.  Liz is awesome and will help you with your paperwork or if you have any questions.   They are very professional which is why I went there in the first place.  Another reviewer gave them a bad review because of their prices.  If you are a member, the prices really aren't bad especially since they use a punch card and member discount.  They have more strains than most dispensaries I've seen, and the budtenders are patient and informative.  The ONLY reason why I go anywhere else is if I hear that a place has a strain I'd like to try. Kind Love is awesome and I hope they are around for a long time.

Since I wrote my last review I have actually shopped around to make a comparison.  Hands down, Kind Love is the winner.  And that by a long shot.  Clean facilities.  Friendly, knowledgeable staff.  Great (and I mean great) selection.  And as a member, GREAT pricing.  I'm a personal fan of the pre-rolls, so I'll be going back for those for sure. Quality and quantity.

I just moved out to Denver from Chicago a few months ago, and I have been visiting various dispensaries around the city trying to find the best one. Kind Love, definitely is up there, if not at the very top of the list. The staff is by far the most friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable staff that I have encountered. And the product is some of the best you can find without a doubt. Definitely will be going here for most of my medicine!

The place has gone to total sh!t since Liz left. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I've been spending over $500 a month at this store over the last 2 years. The last few times that I've ran over on my lunch break, it's taken me more than half hour to get in and out. I've been cut/people have jumped ahead of me too many times to count recently. They only cater to their female clients and it's ridiculous.

I've been patronizing KL for 9 years and they are far and away the best dispensary I've found! The staff are always very friendly and will treat you the way you want to be treated. I use the "medical" side of the house and always enjoy what I purchase, even though I'm picky and tend to stick with the connoisseur product lineup. Thanks for taking such good care of me AF and TB (who just moved away unfortunately)!! A friend in weed is a friend indeed!

4/20 Update: Met the owner cool guy! Made my mark in a painting I wonder if it'll stick. Really glad they used coupons to keep place it was packed! Half priced flower, and so many specials like certain edibles buy 1 get 1 for a penny. The glass blowing was very cool, and the massage looked great. Fun :) I came here a long while back and did not have a good experience I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Decided to try it again today and everybody was great. I take extremely high doses of CBD when I can afford it. It's the ONLY thing that has ever helped my seizures, as well as just the general discomfort I feel in my head as well as my body every single day. There are other brands (and believe me I've tried them!) that cost much less, but I haven't found anything I respond as well to, or better than Mary's medicinals. I can not tell you how relieved I am they carry it here. I need a bottle stat! They have specials on different days. I am pretty sure one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen works here, and I've been all over the world. Thank the lord I still have as much of my vision as I do. Praise

Great Medical & Recreational Dispensary that is open late in Glendale. I've been coming here for years and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They have really healthy clones, great edibles, and always the highest of quality flower here at Kind Love. They have some good deals and have a point system for their members which adds up to money off after so many points and small bud 1/4s are a good option for flower if on a budget while having  different deals throughout the week as well. This is one of my very favorite dispensaries and would recommend to anyone that likes only the finest flower and product.

Wouldn't recommend kind love anymore. Today (10/20/20) they posted a promotion and for the second time this week they did not honor it. It's false advertising and illegal what kind love is doing. Since this was the SECOND time this week it happened I asked to speak with the manager, Andy. Andy was apathetic to my situation. The worst customer service I've ever had. Which is a shame because I've been going to kind love for over 10 years! Andy even acknowledged how long I've been a member and still was rude and literally walked away from me without any resolution I'm am currently so upset I'm speaking with the federal trade commission to make sure kind love could no longer post false advertisements. They have informed me that David Spitz (the owner) and Idan Spitz (COO) are conducting fraud. I have attached photos of this weeks false advertisements.

Some of the best buds in Denver. It will never be the same without Max in charge (the previous GM), but I'm confident that Kind Love will continue pumping out extremely quality buds and products. If you haven't been here yet, go. The bud is SUPER legit and the employees are super nice!!!

They send you out in a high with quite service, knowledgeable information about the products, and reasonable deals for good quality.If you let to grow your own they have a very reasonable package for that.I frequent a few locations, and this store will be part of my top 3!

I have to say this place is cake. From first Friday's to the art. The staff is top notch! Always making you feel welcome while talking product! #1 in the Denver area. I used to live south. Went to Star**** spent way too much money. For half par service. I have 75-85.00 in rewards at the Star bunch. I refuse to use them as this place is so much superior. Plus when the owner David pops his head out to make sure you got everything ok, you know they care! I use rec, but I could only imagine their med staff is on point, if not exceeding. Going with top 5 Western region!

I feel so fortunate to have found this place.  FAR better then any of the chain MJ dispensaries.  Darius was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.They have separate Rec and Med areas on and treat you as a individual that needs a tailored approach instead of a mass merchandise approach that Native Roots and the like implement as their business plan. Quiet, clean, very low key atmosphere with an obvious emphasis on quality vs quantity.  Definitely recommend A+.

Really enjoyed my stop at Kind Love in Denver. We bought edible chocolates (1:1 CBD:THC) and some hash-infused preroll. Dope art work all around, kind bud tenders and quick but helpful service. This place is not wheel chair accessible in any way. They should not have elevator and parking accessible on their google “about” section. Not cool.

Nice selection! I was impressed to see that they sell clones, which I haven’t seen other dispensaries do. The staff is beyond personable and helpful every time I’ve been there. They are great at offering suggestions and very knowledgeable about the products they carry.
