Great experience, absolutely beautiful and professional, all very helpful with all questions! Had no problems! Will be back! Had some of the best flower I've seen in LOOONNNGGG TIME. Get the MAC!

Nice shop I happened to pass while driving through Colorado :) I walked right into the back room without any wait.. The girl at the front desk was friendly but the bud tender wasn't very helpful and seemed a little pushy at first like he was in a rush even though the place had no other customers.. Great product selection and good prices so I'll still give them 5 stars even though my bud tender wasn't the best

No complaints about the product. However, I was not informed upon check out that my debit card transaction was actually being processed as if it was an ATM withdrawal and that there was a $3 fee on top of it in addition to the ATM fee my own bank would charge for the ATM withdrawal. When I saw the charge on my online banking site, I thought it was fraud because it was noted as an ATM withdrawal from a different city. When I visited my bank to report fraud, the banker alerted me that what I thought was a fraudulent ATM withdrawal might actually be from this establishment. So I checked with the establishment. They explained how they process charges as ATM withdrawals and charge an additional fee, and apologized for the fact that their employee did not inform me. But all the manager could do was say "I'm sorry.  I wish there were something I could do for you." No offer to make me feel better about doing business with them. Note to management: Good management involves pleasing customers with a valid complaint. Or an honest review might be in order. BTW, I did not raise my voice, did not express anger... I did express disappointment that I had not been informed and that I had wasted over two hours of my precious vacation time to straighten this out when it could have been avoided with an explanation at the cash register yesterday. I did suggest that they inform their employees about the importance of informing their customers, which the manager said she would do. It was a matter of a few bucks but it's the principle of the thing.My receipt shows that I paid $37.50, when in actuality, I paid a total of $42.50. Can we say "deceptive business practices"?#Notpleased.

The only thing I regret after visiting Altitude Organic Cannabis is that I didn't find this place at the beginning of my trip.  Picked up some Golden Goat in a can since all the flower I've had since I've been here is dry as dust.  Daniele, my bud tender, recommended it and I'm sure glad she did.  This place takes pride in what they do and it shows.  The next time your in town, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Not sure which is worse, the service or the prices. Either way I paid $45 for an eighth that they don't let you look that is mediocre at best, and $12 for a joint. The budtender was unattentive and lacked knowledge about the products. I came in for edibles and concentrates in addition to what I purchased but the budtender failed to know what they had or the prices. They also don't allow you to look at the buds before you buy them. Hard pass on this place, I'll be going to green dragon in Breck where they are friendly and welcome you with significantly more product and lower prices.

These guys sold me dabs that are awful. They crackle when smoked, and taste like butane. When I came back to complain they offered me no compensation. Now I'm stuck with 60 dollars in dabs, plus a 5 dollar tip, and will just throw these garbage dabs away. Take it from a local... go to HCH!

I visited this store during summer season, while i was up from Boulder for a few days, and i cannot be more impressed!!!I got a half of the "Cookie Wreck (26%)", and it is ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING.This is WAY BETTER than the flower i am getting in Boulder - not even a comparison.I frequent up to 10 different stores in Boulder looking for flower which is not awful or overpriced - I found exactly what i was looking for here, and at a great price (thanks for the CO ID discount!).The store was also really nice inside and outside, had a nice big sign, and friendly sales people.I will be returning here FOR SURE.

I understand that everybody has a bad day, but there was a female employee who was so unfriendly and incredibly rude to my parents. My dad asked a question about a specific product and she said, “I already explained that to you.” My dad has bad hearing and with a mask on, it’s hard to hear. My mom, the sweetest angel ever, was also treated so poorly. Again, I understand you can have a bad day but seriously, when a person is trying to buy a something, why the hell would you be rude to them? We are absolutely not going back. Good luck, I hope you have a better experience than us.

Forcing performative theatre social differencing masks, again. Pretty whack that even when they lifted the masks we couldn't smell flower. Prices are already expensive without the ATM fees. Frequently the bud tenders would tip themselves without asking on card purchases. I'm a local, and frequented this buisness often. Taking my money elsewhere for a variety of reasons.

Great cannabis. Love Kelly. But making people wear masks again...and ruining someone's morning and preventing them from getting needed meds is not okay

Very poor quality flower. Incredibly dry, much like rocks. Would not go back as two different strains I purchased are like little flower pebbles. Also believe I may have been shorted in amount. Granted, I made the naïve mistake of not paying attention to what was being weighed.

Danni and Kelly ROCK on the med side. Had another person make a mistake, these 2 ladies went out of their way to fix the problem. They did GREAT when it comes to customer service, which is huge to me. Especially as a med patient with 4 qualifying conditions. I may switch them to my member store if they keep this up. Close and convenient, the product is great (The Silver Mountain is my fave thus far) for the price, and it works for my ailments, most importantly. Definitely ask for Danni or Kelly, they will take great care of you and will go way out of their way to do so. Great work, ladies!!!!!!
