I went there for the first time 2 weeks ago. The staff was friendly and helpful and they made me feel welcome.The product was excellent! What more can I say. I will be back.

Had to pull one star due to poor customer service. They are one of the few dispensaries who don't post active ingredient content online. This is essential for proper "Medical" use. As a result, I'm forced to call and inquire about this information. That way, I can make an educated choice regarding my medicine. I called on 3/9/2021 and waited on hold twice after I was made to feel like a bother for my call. I understand the concept of busy, however; that doesn't excuse horrible customer service. I resorted to placing an online order and just guessing.

I ordered from them about 7 months ago and they had a bad attitude. I told them that I don't sleep good and that my phone will be shut, I guaranteed them to be home. They basically threatened me that if I didn't keep the phone on even though I go to sleep sometimes at 9:00 a.m. that they would not deliver. Great compassion,NOT The flower that I got was short in weight and when I called up they were very flip on the phone. They offered $10 off the next purchase, this was the 2nd chance that they had from me. Their customer service is the worst, no wait trulieve is. Their service is absolutely horrible and products are mediocre. Terribly disappointed. Do not waste your money.

Curaleaf is my favorite dispensary. They are my go-to for my Medical Marijuana needs! On Wednesday you get double points, which helps you save money at later dates. I've always experienced good service, very knowledgable bud tenders. The quality has always been very good as well. They were the first place I got to try the new edibles from!

Ryan was absolutely awesome !! So knowledgeable, and so helpful ! He goes above and beyond every time I come in ! And really makes sure I get exactly what I need ! as well as ALL of the curaleaf staff!! This is my favorite location and I will continue coming here ! Love it !

My 1st time in and u will def be back. Becky was lucky enough to have me as a customer (haha). I had a bazillion questions and she was so patient and accommodating to me as she has probably answered these questions many times before. I will def be back there, felt welcomed. Thanks Becky and Curaleaf. *****

I enjoy going to this location. The staff is very educated and friendly. Badly and Kylie are the two ladies that happen to help me the most. I hope their manager sees this review, these two ladies need recognition for their amazing customer service.

Never been inside anywhere besides here so I picked this location based on the reviews. Everyone is super cool, but Stephanie is especially AMAZING! Being new, nervous, and clueless didn't matter speaking to her since she was so sweet and informative! The prices seems really fair for all I left with & the discounts made me happy! Stephanie thank you so much for your help today; I hope you're there every time I go back!

Steven at the Palm Harbor location was extremely helpful! He made my first trip to the dispensary easy, quick, and full of any information on medicine I needed. Caroline was a delight as well! Knowledgeable, bubbly, a great addition to the team! (6/21)

This place is killing it with the savings it's an excellent quality of medicine and just amazing people working there! My last experience was a few days ago I recommend you check out this place and go see Gage he is extremely knowledgeable and patient with you! I will definitely be back.
