Wonderful dispensary with wonderful medicine and the sweetest staff. I was there for the grand opening and will DEFINITELY be back!!

Honestly, the product is average. Decent price for decent medicine, however my issue is not with that, I have been treated fairly and kindly by everyone that works there except this blonde woman named Sara, I have dealt with her twice and she has made my experience very uncomfortable both times. Not only me but has been rude to other customers right in front of me. She is as polite as my abusive father and as patient as my alcoholic mother and is the sole reason I do not want to return.

Vapes taste like rubber. Leak and explode too on occasion. I have returned but getting tired of it now. The blonde girl in PH location doesn't know her job and is rude as hell should hire someone else who enjoys this industry. Disappointed. I just legit walked out she is so rude.

Thought I should update my review.  I still like LHS but, they started raising their flower prices after my review.  I doubt they are consistently the best value around, like I previously thought.  I think most places price flower based on potency; Muv does (love Muv!) and Fluent (everything EXCEPT flower is priced 2x higher than other dispensaries so, I don't love lol but, I do buy flower there).  Trulieve prices flower based on the crop yield.  That pricing may not be ideal for people that exclusively prefer a specific strain but, it works well for me since Im usually just looking for a good value.

Bad vapes still having problems with there leaky vapes and they are to be there new ones , well I got one and about 12 puffs into it starts to leak sticky material into the pen into the mouth piece now I will have to wait and get another one delivered . knox has the strain I need there the only other ones that have the strain or I would be so over this company . Curleaf is the bomb good pens quality vapes never had a problem no wonder there stock is almost 10 bucks a share and climbing and liberty is less then a dollar . There product may be good but they are making it in cheap materials to cut cost . I have got five bad pens in a month from them come on now . Never got a bad one from Curleaf . Friends those that are new to vapes there should be no good amount of sticky stuff when you go to charge your battery or around your pen when your using it , get another one your paying for all of it not a 1/4 less or more ...(:

So just stopped by on a sunday for a couple cartridges. Still had some popcorn flower from friday...star killer normally 40 a 8th I paid 20 after my discount. But great friendly staff I literally waited 3 mins from the minute they got my order.love this place will keep coming back.

My go to a Cannabis Clinic. I pass 5 other dispensaries on my drive here. The always have a selection of rotating flower and offer Pax pens. (They are also hands down the most fair priced dispensary around.) All of the staff members are helpful and professional.

Love their customer service!!! And totally dig their concentrate! Thanks, y'all!  Whatever questions I have, they are quick to answer. I have neuropathy and bone pain. Along with a lot of other issues. I'm never disappointed in their products.

FYI: I ordered Mandarin Sunset. Asked before I purchased it what is the THC content. They said 15%.  When I go home and and looked at the label, there was no THC percentage indicated.  SCAM. I believe FL Law requires dispensaries to label the THC percentage on their products.  I called them and they said no they do not have to put THC percentage on their products.  I asked them on the phone to verify the THC percentage on the product I purchased. They said 9.6%!! I did not open it yet and asked to return it as Trulieve dispensaries allow you to return unopened product. They refused and said too bad.  I am now going through corporate to return the unopened product and get a refund and also complaining to the FL dept of health regarding their labeling and selling me something other than what I was told.  I am waiting on Samantha Chong the manager to call me back...e. Package the marijuana in compliance with the United States Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970, 15 U.S.C. ss. 1471 et seq.(VI) The product name, if applicable, and dosage form, including concentration of tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol.

Avoid. This is consistently the least professional dispensary I've ever been to. Nail in the coffin was the employees not wearing masks after reopening in May 2020. Corporate had sent masks and PPE but the young employees chose not to wear them or practice any form of social distancing. It's supposed to be a medical environment, it was awakened to watch older sick people come through the door, and I won't be coming back as a result. Really weird policy not to require your staff to wear masks and social distance, when there's a global pandemic and you're serving exclusively sick people. Their products were meh but I'm not willing to give them another shot after how they acted.

Totally non-descript from the outside, but on the inside it's really airy and nice.  It isn't like other places that have a lobby up front, but rather the door opens and counters are right there.   One Caveat, please follow the arrows on the floor. We are in the season of Covid right now, so before you even enter, Mask up.  Follow the lines on the floor. If there are too many people inside, you'll be asked to wait in your car.  These are precautions for your and their safety and it's a fine policy. Be patient, your turn is coming. Inside, they take your ID and either set up or pull up your profile, They have what you are allowed at their fingertips, which is great, if you're not currently aware of your limits or where you're at.   They have some screens behind their heads touting their merchandise, as well as counters that have displays. The bud tenders are happy to answer questions you have, tell you about any current promotions and sign you up for their loyalty program (I highly recommend this). OH! And on your first visit you get $75 off $150, which is an awesome deal. You get a pretty fantastic deal. Overall, I was pretty impressed with what I saw and experienced. I've heard some good and bad about LHS but all I saw was good. I'll certainly be coming back soon.

My physician notified me that I was vetted to be eligible for alternative medication. I went through the simple process and received my Card through the state.It was suggested I come to Liberty based on price and quality staff. I'm so glad I did. On my first visit, I let them know I was totally ignorant and need education. I let them know Issues I had and they made several suggestions in types and methods available to me. The staff worked well, individually and as a team! It's been 6 months now and they haven't skipped a beat in their outstanding customer service! Recently, I developed additional requirements due to surgery. Once again, staff recommendations resolved my issues. Their communications through text massaging keep me aware of product inventory and discounts! You can also order online for pickup or delivery!They also have a Rewards Program you must look into. Oh, Veterans have a speial discount as well!I must say I haven't been to any other dispensary yet. I haven't had any reason to! I might visit one other to compare service but right now .. I'm happy and thankful to Liberty!

Liberty dispensary is awesome, they almost always have sales and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to get you the best possible price. I'm so happy there's one close to me now. My friend told me about liberty and I'm very thankful. I highly recommend Liberty, you won't be let down.

Product has improved, just need to stock more wax and shatter. Excellent customer service and I'm glad to see a Port Richey location.

I had the pleasure of getting a one on one sit down with one of their amazing employees very quickly(wish I remembered her name). She went over all products and was very knowledgeable and helpful. At one point I had the attention of all the budtenders and engaged in some good conversation before departing. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK and look forward to trying the flower. Great job ladies and gents!

Wonderful staff Ten always knows what I need and everyone is so kind. There are some dispensaries that are more about sales here they make you feel like they care. Being a medical care facility it should be that way. Product availability is occassionally an issue and can be frustrating, but are not the fault of the dispensaries. Love these guys!

Been coming to this store for about a year. Ten, Alex and gang are amazing! Super friendly atmosphere, great customer service and fantastic products at good prices. I do not go anywhere else for my medicinals. Highly recommend!!!!

When I called to ask if they had cookies, Ben told me what they had and the strength, how they were packaged and that I could walk in! When I got there I was greeted with a welcoming smile, I will go back!
