Recently went to Elevated SF for the first time and was very impressed by their selection of flower and edibles. All the employees were very helpful. Highly recommend this spot for all your cannabis needs.

Was lookin to try some place new and after seeing the sweet ass buy one get one for a penny deal on tuesday for vape carts u guys just made a return customer for life...... See u on tuesdays!!!!!!+

Just stopped by Elevated for some flower and I had a great experience! They are making sure customers and the workers are safe by following procedures and being sure to social distance while inside and they have a barrier set up so you can't get too close to the workers. Right now they are cash only but they have an ATM inside. Everyone was respectful and friendly and able to make recommendations based on my needs. I got an 1/8th of GMO Cookies from the CRU brand and it tasted very good and is of high quality. Thank you for being open and staying open during Covid-19. You guys make staying at home easier and better and it helps my anxiety!

Been here twice, had a good experience the first time but was overcharged $50+tax on my second visit. I didn't notice until I had driven back to work and when I called back about it was spoken to quite rudely. Will be looking for another dispensary.Also, I know it says on Yelp that they accept both credit and debit but they definitely are only accepting cash right now. ATM has a $2 charge. And after what I read about what another reviewer said about her card getting stolen at the ATM and Elevated refusing to help, maybe you'd just be better off looking for another dispensary as well.

The store front is pretty cool. There's enough staff to handle the lines. Got a good cart deal the first time I visited. Loved the Lemon Poundcake. Second visit, I called before I got there to see if there was Cherry Pie carts. I was told yes. Got there and was told no. That sucked.

Elevated has gone down the drain with there customer Service. Although there products are nice, customer service is TERRIBLE. Half of the time they never input the daily deals into your orders. And half the time the deliveries take more than 3 hours to arrive.  Last time I order from them.

The dispensary I worked at closed. (Boo! HIIIISSSS!). After my stockpile of goodies finally ran out I was searching for Breez CBD Spray. (This stuff is FIRE). What do you know? Elevated had it! Their selection of edibles is good. Their prices on the Breez sprays make them a great value. My only suggestion would be to get some Flow Kana flower in there. I am HELLA partial to their product, their business model and their practices. Otherwise. the staff here are friendly, it's laid back, unpretentious, well run and clean. When I want stuff, it's in stock. Cootz OUT! ({})

You guys this store is amazing, I'm definitely coming back! They're really professional while keeping a great COVID safe environment! Cash only with taxes but the prices are better than the rest of SF! The manager and Matt are really great at helping you find what you want quick!!

This place has become my go to shop. The prices are very fair and their staff always have a great attitude. Devin was especially helpful with recommendations, he knew his stuff.

Today was my was first time trying out Elevated in SF. It was fairly easy to get there but I can say parking was would have been a bit difficult if I didn't get lucky with a parking spot. Giovanni A. was urgent and I didn't wait for long. He helped me find just the perfect flower i was looking for and kept an open mind with the things i was interested in. I ended up purchasing what he recommended. An eighth of Wifi Cake #5. It easily became one of my new favorites. They do accept Credit & Cash payment with an ATM on hand. Although split transactions are not accepted. Giovanni A. made my visit simple and easy, it ran very smooth. He was detailed and patient. I cant wait to come back and try new things!

Today 2/9/19 was my first time at Elevated ,got their around 345 and they had a few people waiting ,I need to use the bath room really bad and I asked the cashier with the green hair if I can use the bathroom she replied sorry we can't let use the bathroom and went on break I asked Rickey the gentlemen who was helping me to please ask your boss if I can use the bathroom ,Rickey was very nice he went to ask  his and his boss said NOThe funny thing you go to McDonald and you spend less than $10 and they have bathrooms for the customers to use and I just spent $80 in this place and they won't even let me use that bathroom ,next time I will just have everything delivered to my house to save myself the headaches and the on the bright side Ricky was fantastic

A really nice shop with friendly staff in an old neighborhood. Parking is limited but worth finding.Top shelf flowers are priced accordingly if you are a connoisseur of Sativa dominant strains. Some unique selections. Everyone is helpful and professional.A very welcoming establishment.

I went in there with my best friend referred her to go in there and check it out because the experience that I had was awesome. However when I went in there immediately the female Zoe had a sour attitude almost she seemed really nice at first BUT you can tell she was bothered about something my best friend purchased weed with her As the woman was grabbing the weed the rubber band plug to me in the face and I was upset about it and told her that the rubber band plug me in the face and she responded that I didn't have to get an attitude with her after that I told her you just smacked me in the face with a rubber band I asked her for my change and she does continue to respond that I didn't have to get a attitude with her She is so busy have any stupid conversation not paying to the customer that's actually giving her the money for the transaction that she gives me the incorrect change back and when her and I realized it she said something about it I highly doubt that I would ever be returning after this unless I speak to the owner on top of that the manager that was working with Zoe at the time came outside and started cursing at me and my friend telling us to go outside when we were simply explaining to security outside why we would not be returning why I was an upset customer and he had the NERVE to come outside and say get the fuck away from my store get the fuck out of here so I'm going to try and reach out to the owner BECAUSE I am a Frequent spender there along with my relatives.(I also tried to punch in my number to get my daily login with elevated and they said that their system was down) I'd like to hear him apologize on her behalf and he's super cool so I got to touch base with him about the situation but I definitely suggest anybody going there to be careful the fact that the short Asian manager mail came outside and was telling us to get the F away from his store was pathetic stupid and your job is to defuse the situation not increase the situation

Place is a joke. I went to buy some topicals for some pain and the female employe helping me was falling asleep!!! I'm thinking to my self you getting high at work! This place is a joke and let alone don't waste your time here! I wish I never visited this joke of an establishment.

Best dispo in SF! When it comes to top tier flower and concentrates they have the best selection and best prices by. Emily is amazing

Purchased some concentrate today from elevated to findout when i got home that the container was opened previously. Is it normal to buy sealed product to open the box and to find the safety sticker on the jar to be opened already? If your going to use the product for demo then keep it as demo rather then to try hiding the fact you opened it and put it back into packaging and resold.

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! Emily the so called "manager" is completely dismissive, rude, unprofessional, and distasteful. I tried to speak with her about the horrible customer service I received by an employee and she dismissed my concerns & proceeded to sell me products. After asking her to speak with someone else who may address my concerns, she continues giving sass saying she is the manager and there is nothing she can say or do........... Try to avoid EMILY at any costs, she's too hostile for the environment truthfully!!!!!!!!!

This place for a New Yorker like me coming into town looks very suspect. kind of mimics what we call down here in New York City at Traphouse. The inside is messy as hell. it could definitely use some professional carpentry work. The staff was pretty cool. good and knowledgeable explaining certain strains. I enjoyed my flowers

I love this place! The product is good, the staff is honest and there's a dog . Rich helps me every time. Rich is knowledgable about the products, strains, and paraphernalia. He's funny, he's personable and he's doesn't bullshit about the product. Tip: If the staff says that it sucks it probably does.

Shout out to the female security guard who recommended the restaurant down the street called 7 mile it was amazing! But back to Elevated! Great service and awesome products. Definitely worth the trip!

First time in a dispensary and was greeted by friendly faces and a relaxed atmosphere! Zoe helped me out and was amazing!! I let her know what I was looking for and she knew exactly what I needed! After trying it out afterwards, I have to say this shop knows their stuff! Will be returning, this place rocks!!!

Don't be fooled by the somewhat sketchy looking storefront. This place is legit. Clean, professional, and well-run. One star off for constantly receiving marketing emails from them (even after the budtender told me they'd only use my email address to communicate info about my account).

When it's time to re-up I always go to elevated dispensary. Why you ask? Well I love a place where you can take your sweet time and order. Sometimes I never know what I want and they are extremely patient when trying to decide what to get. Gregory and Matt and all the staff are perfect for that store! Oh wait can't forget Brody! That's the chill ass dog that's always there holding the fort down. Come here if you not only want weed in San Francisco...you will also get a great experience. I pretty much only go here from now on. They have a rewards program and always have deals! On occasion they will have a white board propped up with even more super deals off there products. That is the time to stock up!!

I went in there for a cartridge and Emily I believe is her name (colored hair) was very rude to me and made little effort to help me. Will not ever be coming back

Gregory was very helpful. Showed me the wide variety of vape cartridges they had at this location and answered a few questions I had. Also easily accessible via public transportation in San Francisco. Wouldn't hesitate to go out of my way to visit them again.

Great spot for weed. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Definitely stop by if you are in the area!

Very simple, straight forward not a place one would lounge at. Staff is very friendly and there is also a random dog there which i think is cute. They have discounts on certain things on certain days if you're trying to save a buck.

I've been to a few cannabis dispensaries in San Francisco but this is my first review of one. I went in initially to purchase a Brass Knuckles and a Select cartridge, which they had a great selection of. I ended up also getting a couple Kingpen cartridges too. I've been hearing about Kingpen cartridges for a while and this is the first place that has actually had them. Overall great place. Great staff and great selections. They have a ton of killer flowers too. I'll have to try that the next time I visit. Thanks Elevated San Francisco! Best dispensary I've been to in San Francisco hands down!

So easy to miss driving by, but worth turning around for. After several trips over a couple months, the consistency of quality and knowledgeable budtenders has really impressed me. There can be a bit of a wait on the couch, as the staff takes their time with each customer, and that's the upside; you're going to get that attention too. Gregory was so patient and helpful with my thousands of questions about different brands, etc. Setting up the cartridges in a gradient from Sativa, thru the increasing Indica hybrids, into the straight Indica, left to right is just SO easy to understand and choose from. Smart, helpful, clean, efficient. Works for me.

Great consistency. Some of the highest quality flower I've ever seen anywhere in the bay...and the prices are similar to east bay prices! I would give 4.5 stars cause they dont deliver...

Drove by quite a few times and not notice the place if it wasn't for the security guards outside. The bud-tender that (Tiana) assisted me was quite helpful. Good selection of flowers. Got in and out fairly quick. Due to only 2 counters, there might be a wait. The only dislike is the bag your content is placed in. Bright orange isn't a subtle color. Make sure to take advantage of the weekly deals

Today there was a big line in the store, people waited for 20-30 minutes to be served, I would like the store management to solve problem with online orders, if you accept online orders, please make sure that those who order via the Internet can pay online,  since some individuals in the line began to make orders online and without waiting began to cut line and take their orders, life would be easier for everyone in the store if you fix your online ordering

The security and staff at this dispensary is just horrible. They're rude and judgmental. The variety is crap. I wouldn't waste my time coming here and I definitely won't be coming back

They're super pricey. I've been there twice and felt like I paid to much. My b.f.f said it was too expensive for him as well.

Excellent selection & kind, knowledgeable staff. The place is legit. Reminds me of the dispensaries in Humboldt. People & products are real, down to earth and amazing prices. Really good edibles selection. The place looks kinda bad from the outside & their security people stand outside so you have to show id outside but it's fast & they take you in quickly. Inside there's no glossy menu shoved in your face or big bright signs overwhelming you with prices and options. Instead you get a compassionate, educated, attentive person to talk to you and find out what YOU want. Don't live in the area but go to dispensaries in any city or town I'm in. This is at the very top of my list. A+

I just wanna say, every time I come in this store, the staff always goes above and beyond to help me out!!! They are super friendly happy staff and it makes for a way better experience!!! Tiana is amazing!!!

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable employees. Arguably one of the best dispensaries in San Francisco and the only one located in the southeast region in the city. Very convenient!

Okay first off I don't smoke weed. My friend brought me here and it's recreational so I didn't need a doctors recommendation to go in. This is my first time in a dispensary and I can say that it was a really positive experience. The staff was super helpful! I told them that my lower back has been hurting on and off for the last year or so. They recommended I try a Papa and Barkley rub. My friend was buying a bunch of stuff so I figured why not? They said it wouldn't get me high. I tried it when i got home and wow it really worked. I don't know what the price should be at these places so I can't recommend based on price. But the service and caring vibe was memorable to say the least. I am now a Cannabis advocate. Thank you guys for letting me know that there was more to this than just getting high!

Called to check if they had an item. The lady who answered was really rude. Her quote on quote words were "Hurry and tell me what you want we're busy". I'd rather them not answer the phone if I'm going to be responded in that manner. Never visited , never will!

I love this dispensary. I emailed them in January to ask if they were recreational yet. They were only medical at the time. They emailed me a few weeks ago and told me that were recreational! I went to visit them and they have the goods! I'm used to getting "free weed" from my folks. As I'm sure a lot of you do too. Free weed doesn't compare to this. The selection alone was enough to impress me. And my "my weed guys" were never this friendly. I'm coming back to Elevated!

Gregory was awesome! Really nice and patient. He works with you to find products that fit. The storefront is clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get to from SFO.  Emily assisted me and answered all my questions throughly and with knowledge.  She directed me to the chocolate/orange since it's produced in rarity, as a wine connoisseur I like limited casks, so I viewed this as the same. Great security and a wonderful atmosphere, no pun intended.  I'll be sure to visit again next time into lkt this way.

BEWARE OF THE FAKE FIVE STAR REVIEWS, this business offers "deals" so people will make accounts and put one sentence compliments to make their rating on Yelp go up So apparently I'm banned because the managers feel threatened, of what?? you have security at the door with a gun, I'm Asian and like 5 ft. What kind of person do you see me as to think I'm gonna hurt you? I'm mad af at ELIJAH the manager for yelling at me, you guys video tape every store hour of the day so you can rewatch it and tell me you wasn't yelling at me as you were walking towards me as I entered the door. Still I try to reach out to them to communicate my frustration but the managers said the owners never come check on their business and they are not even allowed to have their own bosses phone number. I don't know any job where someone employees you but doesn't talk to you being that you are the manager and you help run this business that you don't own. After looking at previous 1 star reviews, my complaints are eerily similar.

I have a medical card and I am 18 years old and they just checked my medical card like five different times.

Different variety of everything. Fair priced. I have no complaints. Spent a pretty penny but it was worth it. Definitely will be back one day.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a dispensary! D'ann, Devin and the whole staff here are super helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products. They were able to answer all of my questions and introduce me to some new favorites. I especially love that they carry the 710 hash gummies, they are so good and the price is unbeatable. I will definitely be making this my go to spot from now on!

Elevated SF at 2442 Bayshore Blvd has placed a cone and a sign in the bicycle lane in front of their business. When I requested that the cone and sign be moved back to the sidewalk, they refused. Rude person stands in front and believes that the street is part of their property. Cones and signs used to be placed on sidewalk.

Never will I buy from this place again. Terrible customer service and rude manager. I had an account with them and My boyfriend had been buying from them for 6 months now. Most of the times were deliveries. A few times they missed the delivery but didn't let us know they couldn't make it. He had to called to find out. Their explanation was oh the driver couldn't make it. I would have gone pick it up if they send us a follow up email or text but nothing.So yesterday I got a text that they had a sales for 25% off so my boyfriend placed a big order. I went to picked them up without realized that I had to show the text. But my boyfriend did put on the order that we received the text for 25% off. The salesperson could have asked if I received the text.   I went home n realized the discount was not given so we called and explained and offered to go back within 10 mins and re-do the transaction. The so call manager was rude and saying once I walked out the door, the transaction was closed. They are busy and not caring about retaining their customers therefore they can act rude to us. We only go to them coz they are nearby but there are many other dispensaries in town. I rather go a bit further out to find a store that value their customers than treating us like a cash cow and nothing more. There are many choices out there. If you want a store that value you as a customer then don't shop at this one.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude guy! Why go spend money to get treated so rudely?The guy behind the counter was training someone, and he was so impatient with the guy he was training, and rude to me, and kept pulling his mask down to talk, what a jerk. New guy seemed nice, hope he doesn't think that's how you speak to customers.Note to owner: this guy has a terrible attitude, he shouldn't be working with customers. I've spent a few hundred dollars there before and was treated well. This guy, when he asked me if I wanted a bag, I said no and he practically threw it at me, turned around and walked off, like I'd done something wrong. When I got home, I realized that he sold me the wrong thing. Wasted my time and money. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Apart from that I gave a call before to make sure the item I wanted was in stock, when I arrived they said it was already sold out and started me offering something with less thc percentage and more expensive. Total ripoff

Elijah was amazing and extremely patient, helping me get the best product. Great service and product!

The tax, the taxes the killer, the taxes more higher tax than any other dispensary I've been to!! I got one item for $22 one item for $18 and one item for $28 the total was $72.36 and that was with a 20% discount!! If that's not crazy you guys I don't know what it is, other than that as I said before great service great deals let's get rid of the tax.... Look at that!! That's one hell of a 8th!!!!!
